I would like to share my experience, but this office won't return my calls. I have tried 2 times, leaving a detailed message each time about the pain I was experiencing. I have been a patient of this practice for years, but I will be looking for a new practice today.

If you go here expect to be in the office two plus hours. They are very slow and have many many patients all waiting. This is extremely difficult for a disabled patient.
I believe the staff and doctors give quality care but there is room for improvement in the scheduling. Accommodations should be available for disabilities.
I can only give 2 stars based on the time required to get through an appointment.

Front desk staff and assistants are lovely and professional. Office is well organized and well run.
Dr Dziubek was dismissive, rude, and kept interrupting me while I was trying to describe what I was experiencing. He treats my husband well, who has a specific medical issue, so I'm not sure if he doesn't like women or if he feels like regular eye tests are a waste of his time, but whichever, he just shouldn't let those appointments be put on his schedule, rather than make patients feel like dirt. Or maybe he had a bad day and just shouldn't have come in.

Had my first appointment. Big office seeing many patients but wait time was reasonable. Everyone was professional. I liked how they clean the equipment while you were sitting there before they used it and the doctor was very knowledgeable and I felt she explained everything and made sure I understood. I would recommend this office to others.

AIO did my lasik surgery back in January and it went smoothly. Doc K and Kathy were awesome and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I got a concussion and needed some assistance with eye problems. I scheduled an appointment and Doc K and the office staff performed many tests and again answered all of my questions until I felt comfortable without feeling rushed. Doc K wants to ensure you leave without not getting all your questions answered.

Dr. Kinariwala and the entire staff go above and beyond in taking care of their patients. My eyes were unique and had several problems. They spent so much time on my case before decisions were made. Yesterday, I had surgery on my left eye and she was amazing. I'm not a number and she genuinely cares about me. Her compassion and skills far surpass many. I can already see better and I'm looking forward to having my other eye surgery done in a week. When all is healed, finally, cataract surgery. Thank you Dr. Kinariwala for everything.
