Hope's Vision

The doctor was extremely nice. When I picked out my glasses, I specifically wanted a pair with black rims. I picked out a pair that was not black and asked if it came in black. The lady assisting me found a pair that appeared black. Once they arrived, turns out they were this green color. I tried to wear them for a day or 2, but I hate the way they look. When I called back, they said they would get back to me. They even said they called over multiple people to look, and they look black on their he screens. It's been 10 days. I paid close to $300 for a pair of glasses that I don't like, and now I am just wearing my old pair. Essentially flushed $300 down the toilet, I'll never wear these glasses again.

Today I had my annual eye exam with Dr Hope. I've been seeing him for years and I'm always impressed with how professional he is and how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. The young lady (Dana) that helped me with my choosing my new sunglasses did not miss a trick. She explained in detail what I would be getting in my glasses, helping me pick out a beautiful pair of frames. She also adjusted an old pair which afterwards amazed me at how well they fit. I highly recommend this office, you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I had an appointment. We were taken right on time. The ladies were friendly and helpful. Dr Hope was friendly and informative, I ordered my contacts from them also, great price too for a year supply. Thank you Hopes vision and lyla for taking the extra time to help with everything. We highly recommend Dr Hope!

In late September, I ordered contact lenses from Hope's Vision but received no updates for almost a month. Multiple calls went unreturned, despite promises from the staff member handling orders that someone would call me back. When I finally spoke with her, she assured me the contacts would arrive that day and promised to call--again, no follow-up. Eventually, I was told the right lenses were ready, but the left ones hadn't arrived. It was later admitted she had forgotten to order them. The lack of communication and accountability throughout was frustrating and unprofessional.

Hope's vision is awful. They were pressuring my partner to get glasses for my kid at a time my kid just wanted frames for aestethics and the doctor said they didn't need prescription glasses then. Tried charging our insurance then us an exorbitant amount for a product we never requested to be ordered or received. Family of four, with lots of family nearby, will not return.

Doc Hope was amazing. My son had a small piece of rusted metal in his eye. I called some local places and nobody could see him, but they offered us to come in the same day. Not only did he remove the piece of metal from his cornea, but actually did a small drilling procedure without any pain to my 12-year-old and he explained all of the layers and possible issues. He continued to monitor him and make sure that he was responding well before sending us home with drops and direct access to him over the weekend. He even said he would come in on the weekend if he needed to examine him again the weekend. This kind of professional and courteous care is UNHEARD of, and it is refreshing to know that there are doctors out there that personally care about their patients. We were self pay as well and the bill was insanely FAIR. In fact, unfair. We should have paid more. Amazing team. Go HERE!

Edited to add when picking up the glasses today the receptionist was very friendly and apologized for the delay and we appreciated that. My husband was originally told his glasses would be ready by a certain date 7-10 days from his visit, but every time I call or check in, there's been excuse after excuse of why they aren't in. First they told me they said 10-14 days then they said the manufacturer sent an empty box (the frames were missing) and they would be in last Friday and now when I called today (Monday) they said the manufacturer did a check and something wasn't right with the frame and now they should be in by this coming Friday. Not impressed.

I can't say enough good things about this business. We went here because we were not happy with another optical place we were dealing with. I was trying to get a contact prescription for my son and the optical place we were going to couldn't get a proper prescription for him. After 3 trials we had had enough. We went in to see Dr. Hope and in 45 minutes he had contacts that worked perfectly for my son. Dr. Hope was extremely professional and very friendly. Their staff was also very kind and accommodating . I'm so sorry I didn't go here sooner.
