I noticed that my eyes are finally beginning to age after having LASIK 25 years ago. I came here for an eye glasses exam, and it turns out that I have a whole slew of other medical issues within my eyes. My vision is actually still 20/20! I LOVED Dr. Dang. After I asked a question or two she realized that I'm an information hound, and I probably learned more about my eyes today in one visit than I have over 3 different eye surgeries and 50 years. So I ordered reading glasses with my updated prescription. Prices were good and though a couple of the staff members were not particularly pleasant, Dr. Dang made up for it 10 times over. Wonderful experience!

Terrible customer service! I was browsing the store for half an hour. There are 5 employees sitting there doing nothing and only one other customer besides myself. Not a single employee asked me if I needed help and when I asked about a specific brand, that person said they don't carry it but did not offer any alternatives. I probably would have purchased here had they waited on me but after being ignored for longer than a reasonable amount of time, I left and went elsewhere. Would not recommend this place. They responded to this post with a link to a generic contact form they want me to fill out but I've already experienced their incompetence first hand. Why would I want to converse with them? So they're not only terrible in person, they're terrible online too. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.

Great experience. I have been seeing Dr. Werksman for a few years. He is great. Very friendly, informative and explains everything so well. The tech was great easy to get pre-tested. The eyewear consultant Tori was absolutely fantastic. She helped me find the perfect frame quick and easily. All of the staff were very professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

As anew customer you would think that this place would give me a great first impression. I made the appointment 2 days before I was asked to reschedule, so I did. Got a call day before our appointment and was asked again to reschedule. So we went to our appointment. Front desk could not find my daughter's insurance information. Apparently taking (too much time) the Dr then said "we are behind" so then I had to reschedule her. So I did it for the same week. They called and rescheduled again day before our appointment. I once again made a new appointment to get in before the new year. 8:20am guess what 7:30am they called to reschedule again.. I had enough and told her I'd call back. I picked up my son's glasses and won't be back to the murrysville location.

Had an appointment this past month with great experience with all staff. Saw Dr. Smay, appointment went well. Was a chatty guy which I appreciated as most eye doctors I've seen in the past don't say much. We chatted about some mutual interests and he got my new script and I was on my way to pick out new frames. Great selection. They were ordered and in for pickup the following week. Have used this office in the past since Vincett Eye Care was bought out by them. Nice new office. Will continue to utilize this office.

Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Jackie was a great tech and the other stuff were amazing! Will be going back

This office is awesome! The staff and doctor are friendly and inviting. They are eager to answer any and all questions! Our appointments were timely and efficient. Dr. Werksman is straight forward and to the point, and I love that! The office is always clean and tidy as well! Tracy was amazing at assisting us with our frames and all of the options that you could add to your lenses. She even picked out the ones I ended up getting (thank you Tracy!) I can't say enough good about this office! Thank you for making our experience a great one! Highly recommend giving them a shot if you're in need of a new Eye doc!

They went above and beyond to solve an issue. Was having for years. 10 out of 10 in customer service.
