If you are in need of vision services I highly recommend The Murrysville office of Your family Eye Doctors , Very professional receptionist and informative, ( I have never needed glasses before ) Dr Randy Cakanc was precise and to the point of what would work for me , reading , distant or both , I chose transition lens with Gradiant darkening, Now picking out frames is a whole different delimma, lots to choose from and any price point
That's where Becca came in to help ! she will tell you what looks good and made my choice very easy
Stop in and just look around you will see how friendly the staff is
One suggestion they should play Jimmy. cliffs version of ," I can see clearly now "

My name is Conrad I've been using this optometrist and buying glasses there the past 12 years. So the last visit was very annoying paying the most I've ever paid for glasses. They started out at $1,400 when insurance and discount I still had to pay $325 myself. It's been probably 2 months since I had the new glasses the progressives tenant supposed to be the best lens. They keep smudging if I'm not taking them glasses off every hour I'm not taking them off at all. And let alone talk about. The rude person that waited on me then they lost them. I was promised them glasses in 2 weeks. It was over 6 weeks or more before I even got them. Then what I walked into the office. It's like they handed me my glasses in the case in a white bag and said we'll see you later Mr Fiori. I think the problem there is like every place else they're working on volume in and out the door! And as far as the lady selling the glasses I really don't care to post what should really be posted! Conrad buyers beware!

Love Drs. Chris and Randy. Have been seeing them for many years. The staff was personal and professional. The only issue was that I called after it was 3 weeks for my glasses to come in and I'm not sure if anyone from the office was following up with the order or not. How long would it have been had I not called, I wonder. However, once they followed up on the order end the glasses came in, they gave me an appointment to pick them up and get fitted the next day.
