Dr. M Morse Michels PC

I wouldn't recommend using this place to anyone. I chose this eye doctor because they are two minutes from my home and I thought they might be a good option. After an eye exam with Dr. Michels I supplied them with my frames and only needed lenses. They never called me and let me know when they would be ready so I had to constantly check with them. After three months of waiting the prescription was wrong. This business was so frustrating and disappointing that I want everyone to avoid having a similar experience. This is the first time writing a review and I had my daughter help me with this. I am pleading with everyone to avoid a similar experience and find another place that really cares about customer service.

Been a patient there for 8 years and was very happy this year. Something changed. Their service is awful. They reschedule multiple times and they just fell off with service. Also, the doctor didn't really remember who I am or even looked at my chart to see that what he's telling me is not new at all. I think this place is done for I wouldn't recommend going.

I have been a patirnt of Dr. Michels for longer than he'd like me to share! I wasn't old enough to drive or just about anything else. Occasionally (few times) I'd go elsewhere due to location. Nobody can prescribe, fit or know what lab makes gas permeable lens of his outstanding quality! I went (only due to proximity) to a prestigious eye exam, laser surgery and eyeglass specialist only to have them tell me after seeing the one contact (gas Permeable) I had left from Dr. Michels's lab. They advised me to return to Dr. Michels, as they don't know of a lab providing excellant , durable lenses like Dr. Michels.

Being in practice for 50 years, we go above and beyond to help all of our patients. Dr. Michels is a recognized specialist in his field. For those patients that don't understand State laws and Federal guidelines, we do explain and must follow them. Harassing our minimal staff during these trying times is not ok. We are happy to assist you with whatever you need !

I went here twice and both times the owner was rude to me for no reason when I showed respect to all. Each time she did not correct my glasses to my face even after asking her to correct them. It's not that hard to say hello to your consumers and have a little side chat. Acted as if I wasn't even a person.

Disappointing customer service. As a previous patient, I attempted to call this office numerous times to get an appointment, to no answer from anyone regardless of the time of day. Then, upon requesting my glasses prescription, I was jerked around all day and promised assistance that never came. They don't answer the phone and I'm doubtful the doc knows what he's doing. Just go to Warby Parker.

Waited 45 minutes only to find out that the person on staff does not know how to adjust eye glasses. I drove nearly an hour and had to reschedule for another date.

Dr. Michels is nice, I like the other Dr's he has working with him too. One thing you should know is his hearing isn't that great so make sure he has heard what you've actually said.
