Marchese Opticians

Nathan: One of my favorite sunglasses had one of its arms broken from the hinge. It was a pair of Dior sunglasses and an expensive one. It seemed to be an impossible task of finding a place to get it repaired and put the arm back to the glasses but I googled and found Marchese. They were able to take it in and send it to a external repairman. Took two weeks but they called me and I was so happy! It looked so new! i recommend you take your glass repairs to Marchese. Thank you so much.

Tried a couple of the standard stores and couldn't find anything I like. All the same. Then I went to Marchese and could have bought the first five glasses I was handed. This business is family owned and the personnel very knowledgeable and friendly. They carry Lindberg, which is the frame I wore for the last 12 (!) years. If you are looking for high quality frames and friendly clerks, look no further.

I dropped my glasses and the lens popped out -the discount store where I bought them was closed due to the covid shut down. When I called Marchese Opticians, the owner was so warm and helpful. Even though his store closed at 1pm, (and it was 1:20) - he stayed open for a bit longer so that he could replace the lens for me, then refused any payment whatsoever. He completely saved the day for me! I am very grateful. His store, by the way, is beautiful and though I did not want to hold him up by browsing, it looks like there are unique and beautiful options. Highly recommend!

We love Marchese Opticians and Mr. Ron, in particular! They have a superior selection of glasses, all the latest styles, and upscale brands. They always make our lenses as thin as possible. They are always friendly and extremely patient with our younger children. Marchese is our only choice for glasses!

I've previously reviewed Marchese Opticians but as I've had more than one encounter with them as a customer, I hope additional comments ring as true as they're intended. Recap: My first two transactions with Marchese Opticians were exceptional! My glasses were the best I've ever worn, at a time when my vision has become its worst. The Dr wrote the most precise prescription he could, and Lou and the team fit and filled it to perfection! And considering the tolerance for my vision is within a millimeter, that's saying something! The sunglasses I got were so perfect, so exactly what I wanted... And the compliments? "Cool glasses!" And that was a few years ago and the compliments still come in! A few years and a prescription change later, I wanted a style change and come back for a new pair, a new look, and Lou worked tirelessly with me one afternoon and I exhausted their near inexhaustible inventory! But he had listened to me very carefully and through the process of elimination, had a good idea of what I wanted. When he asked me to please come back, waiting for me was exactly what I wanted! And when my lenses were ready and I went in... Extraordinary! The quality, the fit, and the price, ESPECIALLY for the intense and lengthy process - I could not have asked for anything more than I received. I'm a consumer and I tell you there is no better value for my dollars in the optical world than the one I receive from Marchese Opticians. But it doesn't end there. John suggested to me that with a correction as severe as mine, should something happen to my glasses - like a shattered lens - that sheer prudence and risk management demand having a spare pair at hand. So my old glasses were fitted with my new prescription and stowed away and unfortunately, not for as long as I would have liked. Because in less than 3 months I had been careless and dropped, shattered, and stepped-on my new glasses! If John had not suggested... Move the calendar forward once more to more recent days and all I can say is that Lou's patience and courtesy is without limit. I was again trying a style change and what this man went through... But in the end, it is EXACTLY what I want and need and if every one-on-one customer business was run like this, I think the word 'disgruntled' would be removed from the English language! Marchese Opticians. No better value for your eyes.

Fashionable glasses with the proper prescription is what I've come to expect here. Not only are they great looking glasses, but they are durable as well. From time-to-time adjustments are needed, and that is done with a smile.

I have a VERY difficult prescription because I have horrid vision and my glasses cannot be off by even a millimeter. Lou and the team took the time to fit me with the glasses I need and like and with sunglasses (both practical and cool looking!) that previously were unavailable to me due to the extremes of my prescription. I have NEVER had better vision in my life! I am truly seeing some things for the first time! Including that speed limit sign.. Anyway, seriously, I am ecstatic over both pair of glasses and my vision - one of the most important aspects of my everyday life - is the best it's ever been and I cannot thank Marches Opticians enough!

Adjusted the Lindberg frames I bought elsewhere on multiple occasions without questions and gave me freebies!
