This has been my eye care provider for 3 years. I'd like to acknowledge Connie and how great she is at her job. She was super helpful placing a contact lens order. She was friendly, answered my (probably dumb) questions and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the call. I appreciate what she does and wish more in the profession were like her!

I was on vacation 4 hours from home when my contact in my left eye jumped out and disappeared into the abyss! I called them for trial contacts just to last me till I got home and not only did she supply me with them and helped me out, she went out of her way to include extras just in case, a new lens case AND new contact solution. That goes beyond professional obligations, that is just flat out human kindness. Definitely go here if you're looking for someone who cares about their patients. Im not even her patient and she cared for me all the same.

My kids went to this eye dr. The eye dr themselves was wonderful but the staff was not helpful like any other eye dr we been to. Normally they make sure the glasses fit right and if not adjust the arms and tighten if needed they do they do not do this here. Also the glasses are very poor quality the arms are wiggly and they fall of there face. We will probably be finding a new eye dr next time.

Been coming here for about 4 years for my son and always had a good experience. My sister recommended them as she always had good experiences well. I've recommended them to mothers who aren't aware they don't have to drive to Pittsburgh or Wexford to see a great Dr. with welfare insurance. Their great with kids and friendly staff. They've always called me when the prescription is ready a week later. Love the new remodel! The office looks great and spacious. We were in and out today in about 30 mins.

I've called numerous times and left a message each time and no one called me back, now im really in need, someone answers and have the audacity to say she can schedule cuz i had 3 no shows last year, so im no mind reader so i cant predict when they schedule me, its been almost 2yrs since i been there and also talked to a person.
