Actually I'm Ramona... my husband doesn't need glasses. Anyway I've been going to Dr. Schaville for many years. He's an awesome doctor.! His wife is equally as wonderful!! I've been going here ever since I moved to new castle! Which was 11 years ago !!! And now my 7 year old son gets his eye exams and glasses here now too!!!! We love Dr. Schaville, he's very patient and kind, and so are all the wonderful ladies that work here!!! We love coming to see our eye doctor family!!!! And it's always a plus when they have the newest brands of glasses and contacts to choose from for adults, and kids!!!

This eye Dr is awesome he's been taking good care of my family's eye's for year's. He was taking good care of my eye's until he figured out I had Keratoconus (KC). an then he referred me to a specialist for the issues I was having . I am very grateful for this Dr he goes above and beyond for his patients.

They cancled my appointment because they didn't accept my health insurance. I'm fine with paying cash. They said if they found something during a normal eye exam for glasses, I would be charged more money. Since they don't accept my insurance they wouldn't even see me now. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I am adding this review on behalf of my parents. My dad had an appointment that was to be scheduled for Friday morning, but got a call that his appointment was going to have to be rescheduled due to the weather. Instead of scheduling him for sometime next week they put him at the end of the line and said they couldn't get him in until April. Please tell me how that is good customer service. My parents have gone to this eye doctor for years, but lately the service from the office staff is seriously lacking.
