Terrible experience. I was hoping that someone would help me pick out glasses. So, I asked, and they did not help me. I was dumbfounded by the fact that when my glasses came in, they did not adjust them to my face. They still don't fit!! The person I saw for my prescription said I had the option to choose a transition/bifocal lens, or stay with the same standard lens I've always had. So I chose to stay with the lens I've always had. Two months later when I was unable to see and called them, they told me it was because I needed bifocals /transition lenses. Well, the glasses my insurance paid for are useless, so I asked to come back for another appointment. They would not give me an appointment saying that my insurance didn't cover it. I tried to explain to them that I would come in for an appointment anyway and pay out of pocket, but they were very resistant and less than helpful. Needless to say, I went somewhere else. Terrible experience.

Exceptional service. I was with my mom today for her to get an exam and to purchase new glasses. She had a Parkinson's episode of extreme pain and they were genuinely caring and helpful, assisting us with a wheelchair on hand and making sure she was comfortable. Beyond their kindness, they worked to make sure she got the glasses she needed and were so skilled and knowledgeable. What an amazing group of people at this business!

The doctor who took care of my husband was very nice and helpful. The receptionist however was very rude and had a nasty attitude. The tech that helped us damaged my transition lenses and denied it when I pointed it out and said it was like that when I came in which was a lie. Going in for a second time in July let's see how this goes....
Update: My husband and I went in last year and had a better experience. They must have fired the tech because she was not there this time around. Again, the doctor was very gentle and caring. Gave it three stars for improvement of customer care.

If I would have the option, I would give this a -10 star. I only had to put the star so that I could put the review. The people inside this office were extremely rude and impatient. I was late by 30 seconds and they told me that they already canceled my appointment by the 10 minutes of 30 seconds, but I was waiting in the building. The old lady, sitting by the front of the desk, given my niece attitude and being extremely rude to her. Everybody came out of their offices, because she caused such a huge scene. I will not be giving these people, my money, and I will be going Somewhere where they will treat customers with respect. I highly do not recommend this place, especially if you have children. It's not a good environment at all at all( not to mention, the roads were bad and there were car accidents, that's why I was late by 30 seconds)
