Walmart Vision & Glasses

I paid for a contact and glasses exam. Dr E wanted to changed my prescription I've had for several years against my opinion i finally agreed. Four months later and 5 or 6 trial pairs that have not worked and still refuses to give my original prescription that i didn't have a single problem with and had 20/20 vision with, now they are not returning calls. Last 5 calls and voicemails were not returned and has cost me in my personal life and also at my job as I cannot see to read labels. Under no circumstances should i have 200$ to 300$ worth of contacts(6 months at least) in TRIAL pairs and a prescription I CANNOT use for glasses and NO prescription for contacts. They should not be refusing to return calls. I have left several voicemails at this point and gave up after the 5th... Save yourself the time no doctor should ever tell you they know your vision better or refuse to give you what works and tell you that your getting what they say especially after 6 weeks of trying their prescriptions and none of them worked. I have a stigmatism in both eyes confirmed by over 5 different eye doctors AND HAVENT CHANGED MY PRESCRIPTION IN 10 YEARS. But Dr E said all 5 were wrong and proceeded to take astigmatism off both eyes and changing the prescriptions to LESS strength NOT more. Eyes get worse over time not better. She's clearly undereducated and egotistic. It hurt my eyes VERY badly I got headaches vertigo and nausea to the point I threw up after trying her prescriptions. I'm currently in the process of reporting and checking on a civil suite. Keep in mind I paid for the appointment and the fitting etc and have not gotten any of that money back even though I did not use their services and still have 1 prescriptions for eyeglasses that I can't use due to the wrong strength and 1 I DO NOT have due to them refusing to give me one.

I have nothing but great things to say about doctor Mele and the staff there. Dr. Mele literally saved the vision in my right eye when she discovered blood pooling in my veins in the back of my eye and scheduling an appointment with a retina specialist. Dr. Mele and her staff are kind, courteous and just simply amazing. They also have a sense of humor which I find calming. I've been to two other optometrists and didn't receive near the kindness and attention I received in this office.

We have a son with special needs who wears glasses, they break often, and the staff here have gone above and beyond to assist us. They are very used to us coming in often with broken glasses to use the warranties, and each time we've been there they have been super helpful, beyond the extra mile. Emily is amazing with my son, she's angelic! I'm just so very grateful for all that they do for us here, they've helped our son so much more than they can imagine. You will not find better quality of service and professionalism with highly skilled individuals elsewhere.

Liz has been absolutely amazing with handling warranty replacement glasses for my son who had special needs and she really understands and makes sure he's taken care of with this issue he has with glasses as it slowly is getting better. Thank you, the whole staff has been wonderful!

Our family have been going there for the last several years and the quality of care has been phenomenal. They are always quick to help, efficient with scheduling and on top of "their game". It's nice that even the optometrist can remember your family from year to year.

The Doctor was exceptionally caring and helpful. She explained everything to me and didn't make me feel like I was going through an assembly line for money. I can't say enough about how wonderful she was.
