Northeastern Eye Institute

This is my first visit tto Northeast Eye Institute as a client. I've been there many times with my husband. The place is welcoming, professional, and caring. Every staff member that I encountered was wonderful and welcoming. I highly recommend Northeast Eye Institute for all your eye care needs.

This office as a whole is amazing - as far as courtesy and assistance goes, as well as so much more. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, as are the physicians practicing at this location. The time the physician takes to answer questions and concerns is unmatched , as I have issues with hereditary glaucoma, and with that comes genuine concern given my age (48). I would never even think about going anywhere else. I highly recommend this practice, specifically this location. Dr. Y and staff are top notch !!

Kim Dr Fox n ABSOLUTELY the front staff (intake). Are WONDERFUL!!!! I can not say enough, the patience Kim shows these kids trying to put a contact in UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I was not impressed (to say the least). With the back glasses dept but it's unfair to the rest of the WONDERFUL staff to put a negative review!!!! I am switching the rest of my family here for the DR and contact dept ASAP!!!!!! Kim thank you for treating people like they are people and treating your job like it is the most important thing to because it makes us feel important and my son who is uncomfortable and has social anxiety comfortable he will only see her thank you for the reminder of why this place really is one of the best in my front desk. People you two are the bomb. I can't say that enough thank you for letting me steal your stickies

Young lady at front desk helped me "log in," on the app by the window. Young man in the entry way office helped me with paying the bill prior to my exit. Tech was a very nice guy-and the Doc was also a very nice lady.

Dr Tampesta is simply the best! I take my children to see her. She also helped me with an eye allergy issue I was having in my left eye. Thank you so much for the work that you do it's so appreciated. One of my children also has autism and she is very friendly and kind to him. Everyone is pleasant to work with in this office. Thank you!

Very professional and courteous staff and very kind and professional doctors. Dr. Jordan explained my floaters to me, said my brain will ignore them eventually. That's awesome!!! Also bought my glasses there and the prices fit every budget.

Very pleasant and helpful atmosphere. Had a problem and they took me in the next day. That is the service patients appreciate.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr Yeselavage is always thorough and informative and easy to talk to. Highly recommend
