This is an amazing place. Doctor Becky was amazing. She helped out my dad. She went above and beyond and even waited for my dad to arrive after hours. She was professional and understanding. She took immediate action on healing my dad's eye. I would recommend her to everyone who needs a reliable eye doctor. I wish i lived in the neighborhood so i could visit her myself on a routine basis

Dr. Schoonover is experienced, thorough, and good with kids (I have teenagers and a preteen). I'm confident in the accuracy of the exam and my prescription. I have a combination of vision issues, including astigmatism and the need for progressive lenses. The staff are pleasant and helpful. It's a beautiful, bright office and there's a nice selection of frames!

I would rate this place a zero if I could. They set their own hours and seem to forget about their customers. I've been waiting for nearly a month for my glasses, only to be informed that the lab lost my prescription. The parking lot is always empty, and I suspect I know the reason why. I wish Peckville would replace this business with a more reputable one. If you have options, I recommend choosing a different place.

I was charged $39 for an exam I didn't know wasn't covered by my insurance. This should have been mentioned before giving the exam.
Also, the glasses were a bit expensive. I was quoted $500+ for one of the cheaper glasses. I don't have strong prescriptions and I only added a mid-tier reflective coating($130). They were kind enough to add a 25% discount, but that still put me at about $400, with 0 warranty included on the glasses. These are above average prices.
Communication and prices could use some adjusting. Nice staff though!
