Dr. An Vo

Dr. Vo was very understanding about my need to see her sooner, due to my allergic reaction to eyedrops. She is helping me deal with the high cost of the new med by filling our info that, hopefully, will lower the cost. In addition, Dr. Vo is very personable as well as competent.

The staff was very informative and kind. The doctor was not as informed of my history and concerns and I would have liked, most of the visit was with her back to me while conversing and typing. There was no clear overview of options or procedures shared.

I took my friend to Dr Vo for cataract surgery. During each visit, my friend, for whom English isn't her first language, was treated respectfully and with great patience. Thank you!!

Dr Vo is always friendly, informative & professional.

Dr. Vo was good, timely and I would be glad to see her again, at a different location! The front desk was lovely as well but the rest of the staff at the Lankenau Hospital location of Moore Eye Institute left a lot to be desired. The primary staff person used his mouth to chew off the plastic to get it off of a dilation eye drop and then attempted to administer those drops that still had his saliva on it to me. I declined dilation as I had never been here before and wanted Dr. Vo to see my eyes first. Turned out it wasn't needed at all. All in all the biggest gripe was that the particular staff member appeared to have 0 medical knowledge, asking me to repeat and spell everything on my intake paperwork and their was 0 information provided on what diagnostics were being performed, just "put your head in here," "put your head back in putting drops in," etc. Had I not asked, I would have been impeded from working for several hours due to being dilated unnecessarily. As for Dr. Vo, she was lovely and again, I would be glad to see her again.
