From my very first consultation with Dr. Rabinowitz and his staff, I felt completely at ease and fully informed about my options, the procedure, and what to expect at each stage. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and never rushed the conversation. On the day of surgery--during which he repaired the muscle in my left eye and performed an upper eyelid lift on both eyes--his calm, professional demeanor and meticulous attention to detail gave me complete confidence. The entire experience felt seamless and exceptionally well-coordinated. The post-operative care was just as impressive. Dr. Rabinowitz checked in regularly, provided clear recovery guidance, and remained accessible for any concerns that arose. My regular eye doctor recommended this practice and I am glad she did. I believe Dr. Rabinowitz was extremely thorough ordering an MRI, MRA and a chest x-ray. He did not want any surprises during surgery!! It gave me peace of mind. He has taken time at the follow up appointments, too. His right-hand Ophthalmic Assistant, was an incredible support person, kind, quick with answers and very accessible....his surgery center on Rt.70...made the whole experience easy, wonderful nurses and tech people.

Every time I look in the mirror, I notice my droopy eyelid again, which resulted from Dr. Michael P. Rabinowitz's surgery on September 4, 2024. It started drooping again after only a month. I eventually reported it to my insurance carrier, but I was told I waited too long to file the claim. Similarly, I delayed writing this review.
