Used to be great. Took a terrible turn. Office visit 10/3.Contacts never arrived. Even after Xmas. No follow up. No responses to multiple calls and emails and Facebook and IG messages to Kevin Bistline, himself. Had to jump through hoops to try to get my script refilled somewhere else without setting up/ paying for another appt. Ran completely out of contacts. Filed a refund complaint with my bank and In process of filing a complaint w the better biz bureau and BPOE for screwing me over and not responding to requests for full refund 2mos+ after not fulfilling order. Also read someone in X experienced the same thing. Also heard both locations are permanently closed due to his legal troubles. Can't wait to see if I can even get my medical records at this point. Total nightmare. Also, LensCrafters should've jumped in and made things right. I didn't have time to file a report and wait to hear what the said. They should've been equally as furious and offered an immediate solution. 2/16/2026 FOLLOW UP TO REVIEW ABOVE: JAID ELLINGTON, who used to work for Bistline before he left her no choice to but to leave, was asked to comeback to LensCrafters, because she is absolutely amazing and is running things again... basically picking up the pieces and stepping in to clean up the mess he made. She is truly the best and I will give them another shot ONLY because of her. She reached out, knowing how upset and wronged I was, to try to make things better. That takes a ton of guts and courage. I cannot commend her enough for taking accountability on behalf of LC and Kevin Bistline, when none of it was her fault. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. So if Kevin Bistline burned you too, please don't be mean to Jade, she's doing her best to clean up his mess...

Jade and Kathy were awesome. My first time using LensCrafters and they made it a quick and enjoyable experience (& they even had a process new to them and still killed it!). Definitely will be going back!

The store manager and Darien were extremely helpful in aiding my wife and I in selecting new glasses and sunglasses. They guided us through the process and helped pick appropriate frames that matched our face structures. Definitely would recommend!

Darien Wise provided excellent service at the Plymouth Meeting store. His knowledge and patience allowed my wife to select a beautiful pair of glasses. I highly recommend Darien and LensCrafters to anyone planning to buy eyeglasses.

My husband had an appointment on October 31. He really did like the doctor. He paid cash for his contacts which came out to be about $800. We kept waiting for them to come in the mail. They never did and he went to go check what might be causing the delay only to find out that the doctor had closed up shop. We actually couldn't believe this happened. Very sad.

Darien was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained to me the different options, the costs before purchasing anything, and provided me a timeline for receipt of the new glasses. And he recommended upon pick up to sit down to understand how to use and train my eyes for progressive lenses, as this will be my first pair. The selection of lenses were great in terms of styles, brands, and price ranges.

Dr. Bistline and his staff are simply the best. State of the art equipment, pleasant atmosphere, everyone is a delight to work with. New LensCrafters store is beautiful. Techs are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In and out in no time. Overall fantastic experience. Can't recommend them enough.
