My children and I have been patients here for several years and we won't go anywhere else for an eye exam. Dr Simons is kind, thorough, and timely. Shannon is a knowledgeable, reliable and direct. If there is ever have a concern this team goes above and beyond to help. My children and I are grateful for their expert care!

Shannon was very professional. She knows her business and is great in helping with your decision on picking glasses. She got me the best prices by looking through my insurance. Outstanding customer service.

Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. But the evening (Friday Sept 2) worker, I listened to her be rude and sarcastic to the older women in front of me,biting my tounge at her sarcastic comments to them. Then when it was my turn the employee again started having attitude and huffing and puffing at my questions. Insisting my glasses were "too big of a frame" and that's why the arms were bent. When clearly they were bent outwards. She was just rushing everyone bc it was close to her close time. Which I understand. But I arrived at 5:22 you are open until 6pm. It was.my turn in line before 6pm. I didn't need her attitude and she says if they break when I bend them I'm not responsible. I told her I didn't like her sarcastic remarks and I would pass. SHES RUDE! That's not customer service let alone human decency!

Changes in management has led to a significant decline in the quality of services. Also, the competency of key staff is questionable concerning major medical issues on areas that can lead to blindness. I do not recommend this provider for the long-term care of your vision healthcare needs.

Gave me a prescription with half the information missing!!! Con artists!! The doctor was decent, if he worked for a reputable company I'd always go to him.

Got great glasses but the first pair were defective and they replaced them.

The Dr. and his staff are great! Lots of great frame choices!

Went to eyeland optical glasses couldnt see went back still no good contacts the same went to bosovs optical i can see the best in yrs thank you
