The service and attention my daughter Kayleigh received at Eyeland in Pottsville is always exceptional. Vanessa and Jennifer are fabulous and really knows thier stuff! Thanks always ladies !

I've had good experiences here. They did a thorough eye exam and were able to fit me into a pair of contacts. My insurance cover everything so it was great. And the contacts I ordered came in quickly. Only giving four stars because I think their hours could be better. I'll have to take time off work to go pick up my contacts because they close at 4:00. They need to have slightly better hours

Dr. Nagle was amazing and so thorough. The girls were great too. Great experience.

After having a less than stellar experience elsewhere, I came to Eyeland in Pottsville. From the assistant at the desk, rep on the phone and optical assistant who helped me choosing glasses it was an excellent experience. Customer service here is top notch. The price range quoted was accurate and I found glasses I love within my budget. All the employees were phenomenal, but I have to mention Vanessa. She not only had the glasses arrive in time for an event I needed to attend, but a week sooner! A huge thank you to Vanessa and the entire staff at Eyeland!!!

After Posting this Review Eyeland reached out to me and went above and beyond to fix the issues I was having as well as replace my son's glasses. Below is my original review. I'm Happy that they backed up the location and made the issues better but these issues shouldn't have even happened in the first place. The Staff are great but I'll never got there again. "Where to start!!! I had a very quick eye exam and stated my old eye doctor really had my prescription wrong. When my new glasses FINALLY came in they were very off and I couldn't read a thing. Had a different doctor at the location check to see if something was done wrong but seemed to be correct. I had to wait for ANOTHER set of glasses to come in. They were basically the same thing. They said I had to wait for my eyes to adjust to the new glasses (I've been wearing glasses for over 40 years and know that). After weeks of waiting for my eyes to "adjust", a new Eye twitch, that started at the exact same time, and other issues with my family I gave up trying. I started wearing my old glasses and have had NO issues except an expensive pair of glasses (and matching sunglasses) sitting and not being used. I spent a substantial amount of money there between myself, my wife and my children and out of all of it. all of our glasses are not being used and had to get either new ones or use our old ones for now. On top of my issues My son's glasses broke TWICE and they said the glasses were no long under warranty after the last time they broke. (My son has VERY bad vision and takes VERY good care of his glasses so he can see). The cheapest back up pair we got at Walmart held up better than the new ones from eyeland. My daughter had to have her glasses adjusted after the one arm bent and they basically did nothing to help it. I did a better job myself. and the WORST! they 100% missed a very serious eye issue with my wife during her exam. Even after my wife mentioned what was bothering her. On top of all of this they NEVER once called us for any of our items. we had to call after waiting for weeks. the ONLY and I mean ONLY good thing about this place is how nice the employees are. I would never go back to eyeland or recommend this place to anyone. I see why they have so many discounts!"

The girls helping you with ordering your glasses are great. Just don't expect a call telling you your glasses are in. I called them a couple times. Now one set is in their receptionist keeps telling me when their in they'll call. The same receptionist also told me my son was clear for his next exam and he wasn't yet. So I had to pay out of pocket for the exam. They did discount it but still. I go there because my eye insurance is great and the ladies doing the glasses are great. The rest leaves room for improvement.

This place is horrible. You pay for the add on that's not cheap but when something happens forget it they tell you your not cover.. when you start to ask questions and point things out they hang up.. also I paid over 450 for my glasses and bought my own frame with me because I didn't like what they had . After all that they charge me 90 bucks more for the eye exam even though they it's supposed to be free when you buy glasses..please don't waste your time and money. There is other places to go

The doctor was great! Love my new glasses! There were so many frames to choose from and the staff was great with helping me decide. I will definitely be going back again!
