Dr. Manson is really great . I had a mini stroke and lost most of my sight in one eye. I play guitar and was having trouble seeing my music . He worked a good length of time finding a special lens I could use only for playing and seeing notes at like 3 ft away . They worked great I can see again and could not be happier . Thanks again Dr.Manson you great.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front desk team is friendly, efficient, and very helpful with insurance claims/questions.
Dr. Manson is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. He took the time to listen, explain every step of the exam, and ensure that I understood my eye health.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional eye care in a welcoming environment!
Very pleased with my visit. Dr. Manson was thorough, patient, pleasant, and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and to address my concerns. My appointment time was kept and I did not have to wait. I have no issues recommending him to friends and family.
As a patient with Dr. Manson for over 40 years I can absolutely say he is the most professional, knowledgeable, attentive eye doctor I have ever experienced. He cares deeply for his patients and is always available to discuss issues and concerns. He is one of a very few doctors who will go "the extra yard" to provide his patient with the best medical treatment and advice possible.
Dr. Manson is continually expanding his knowledge base and stays up to date with the newest and latest eye procedures and techniques. I would highly recommend Dr. Manson to my family, friends and anyone in need of a good eye doctor.
The level of service provided by Dr. Manson is excellent. He takes the time to make sure your prescription is the best one for you (unlike other optometrists who let a techie and machine determine the prescription). He also knows how to correctly order progressive lenses, which is a skill that other optometrists seem to lack; my insurance company offered a promotion at another eye office and they did such a bad job of determining how the progressives should be centered; I couldn't even clearly see the person sitting across from me at dinner with their lenses. They replaced them, but the lenses were still not great. From now on, I am only ordering progressive lenses from Dr. Manson.
150% positive experience, my first visit and lenses with Dr Manson. He approaches his craft like the mechanical engineer he once was: with precision. He is an engaging fellow who spends the time it takes, including to explain. And honestly, though I've worn glasses for twenty years I have never seen as crisply, clearly as I now do with my new lenses. He's the best. Highly recommend.
I was referred to Dr. Manson a little over a year ago by another physician. My initial visit was for floaters, where I then told Dr. Manson I also need a check up because I do wear contacts/glasses and it has been a while since I saw an eye doctor. Dr. Manson did some tests and was very informational on why I had floaters and what they were. He explained to me that they will go away, and they have. This morning I lost a contact and I was actually do for a visit. Having no contacts left, and no back up glasses I called Dr. Manson's office. I explained what had happened and Rose was very pleasant and asked if I could come in the next day at 3. I told her I could but asked if I could just stop in and get a pair of contacts being as though I couldn't see out of my right eye being as though I lost a contact. Rose then put me on a brief hold and asked if I could come in at 12. I came in at 12 where I had my exam and Dr. Manson stressed the importance of always having a pair of glasses just in case anything should happen. Anything such as an infection in my eye or something being sprayed in my eye, or any situation that would cause me to not be able to use my contacts. I asked about my vision change, wondering of it was from working a computer job. Dr. Manson answered all of my questions and even gave me a packet explaining colors that are good and bad for a computer job, that my neck should be at a looking down position, and a lot of other usful information, he even explained some things from the packet to me. After my visit Dr. Manson walked me over to pick a pair of glasses and even assisted me in putting them on and recommending a pair do to my high cheek bones or what pair to avoid because they were too small. I then met with Pat who was very helpful as well. I have never ordered glasses from Dr. Manson before, but it was a pleasure working with Pat as he measured my face for my glasses and explained the different lens types to me. Every question I had, he was able answer. All of the staff there are very pleasant. Dr. Manson also told me about 1 day contact lenses and gave me a pair to try. I left his office with a new prescription for my eye sight, a trial pair of one day contacts, glasses being ordered and contacts being ordered. My initial visit I was skeptical do to being misdiagnosed so many years about my vision, but Dr. Manson has eased all of those worries and I have no problem going to see him. The ophthalmologist no longer scares me because I know I'm in good hands and Dr. Manson has my best care in mind. My visits are never rushed and I never feel pressured into buying glasses or contacts like I have in the past by other places. I highly recommend Dr. Manson to anyone!
My husband told me about his positive experience w/ Dr. Mason. When I needed an exam and glasses, I went too. Best pair of glasses, most affordable, skilled and careful service provided. A+
