Had a great first experience here. Kat & Dr. Strohl are great. Michelle did a great job helping me find a pair of frames that worked for me. Overall everyone here is very pleasant to interact with.

Dr Zikoski was amazing. MyEyeDr is awful. My family has been going to Zikoski for many years. Since the practice has been purchased by MyEyeDr has been horrible. The staff is incompetent and rude. The manager Javana is rude and unprofessional, with no clue how to manage or deal with customers. They lost my daughter's frames and took no responsibility. They never communicated anything to her even when we called and asked. One month later, several phone calls with no explanation and she still doesn't have them. Too bad we won't be going to Dr. Zikoski anymore, like so many others, including his own, original staff who quit as a result. Shame on you doctor. Your customers are the ones suffering.

I have a weird phobia about my eyes, I think it's the fear of going blind, not sure why. So I've avoided the eye doctor at all costs. Last time I had went was when I was like 6 years old and I faked an eye exam to get glasses cause I thought they looked cool. Anywho. I did so much research on an eye place and found this place and saw all the reviews. They absolutely deserve all the good reviews they have. I was having a mild panic attack throughout the entire exam. Kat was the first to run through some tests and she's honestly so patient, thorough, and had such a good bedside manner. I may have cried a little bit.....but she was so quick to reassure me. Absolutely went above and beyond, and she's very funny and sociable too! I don't think I would've done this exam at all if it wasn't for Kat. If you have a weird phobia with eyes, 100% recommend having her start you out. I don't think I could thank her enough for how she started this visit out for me. She truly deserves a raise for dealing with me Don't ever fire this girl MyEyeDr. I don't care if she's late every single day of her life. I need her there at future appointments! Then the doctor came in, Dr. Lauren strohl. She was also very reassuring, patient, and just overall meant to be a doctor for the patients. She's the type of doctor you WOULD want to have. She made me laugh when she put this thing over my eyes, asking me "what's blurry or not, 1 or 2", had me thinking my brain tricked me that I didn't need glasses at all, but when it was done, she pulls it away and goes, "this is your vision without glasses!" I swear my face looked like this . She then had us go out and pick glasses (my best friend was with me because I'm a 29 yr old who needed moral support). She must've known I was anxious though because I couldn't even think straight to pick any, and she helped pick some out with me, letting me know which fit my face better and which didn't look right. (Great fashion taste btw!). And then by the end of it, I didn't catch her name, but this girl with blonde hair who gets the order together was also very sweet, thorough, and informative. She made the whole process SO easy to understand, very relatable, and isn't trying to force sales on you if you aren't sure about it. She was SO honest and explained each thing for me and why it's good to have. This being my first pair of glasses, I wasn't sure what would be good and what wouldn't, so I asked if we could just do standard stuff for now and then when I come back with a better idea, do the other stuff! I absolutely got the warranty. It was only $30 additional. $30 compared to $200 if the glasses chip or glass breaks? No brainer there. Overall, I went there being freaked out and left so happy and relieved. Also left with stickers because Kat gave them to me after my friend jokingly saying I deserve a sticker! If I could give this place more stars, I would. This is how all medical, mental, dental, and other eye facilities should ALL operate.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place to people who want a quick, easy, and informative eye care team.

This was my first time getting my eyes checked since the 5th grade and I could not recommend this place more. The entire staff was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. They answered all of my questions with easy to understand details. It is an excellent place to get eye care

GM Javana Durley did an excellent pleasant job of squaring up by glasses that I had stepped on in the snow. Very pleased with the glasses and frame that I got here.

I can't recommend this place enough. It was very easy to make an appointment on their website, and they were able to see me the same day. Dr. Lauren Strohl answered all my questions and had me in and out in no time at all. The office eve had a trial pair of contacts since I had ran out. Services were priced well and I got a free pair of glasses with my contacts! 10/10

Javana was very helpful fixing my glasses. They needed a screw to keep the lens in the frame. Thank you for your help.
