Dr. Deangelis was wonderful. She is actually open on Thursdays late so I could get in after work and I could request an appt online. They sent me a text to confirm appt options and my appt went super smooth. I felt comfortable and well informed. Afterwards Sarah helped me pick out some cute frames(that everyone was very straightforward with what everything I'd want would cost with my insurance) and measure my face and 8 days later I have my new glasses. They feel so good and I can read all the tiny numbers I need to for work.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. I walked in one day without an appointment, had no ID, no insurance card and better yet no credit card. (I was across the hall at my PCP, and thought I would take a shot) Somehow they worked through ALL my issues of being a horrible patient, did the eye exam, ordered my glasses and they came in rather quickly. As if that wasn't excellent enough, my brand new glasses were lost during a hospital stay, called to get another pair and Brian worked VERY hard to make it happen and was so great to work with. Thank You!

Wife was getting her eyes checked here they told us insurance covered the visit/check up, lens's, and we got 40$ off of frames. After she picked out her frames and put the order in the next day the woman calls and says the insurance doesn't actually cover the 40$ off of frames so we said whatever and still got them. A few days later the woman calls back again and this time says the lenses aren't covered and when we asked what was going on she no joke says well i didn't read through the insurance to see what was actually covered. It's been a month and were still waiting for our 200$ to be put back on our card, gl with this poor excuse of an office. The Dr was apparently nice though.

I've been going here for 4 years or so, and I've always had a great experience. The doctors are kind and attentive. I had a Vasovagal syncope episode triggered by them dilating my pupils, and the doctor was very reassuring and helpful as soon as they saw I was getting faint.
