Loved Anisha and Bella both very sweet and great at their jobs. However I did a telehealth appointment with a AI doctor "IRIS" and that was not a good experience. The AI was slow, didn't hear us correctly. an appointment that usually takes 30 minutes took 2 hours. Bring back the REAL doctors and don't push this AI on us. I will not be coming back if the AI continues.

This was my second eye exam since getting glasses and my first time at visionworks. I saw Dr. Victoria Conlen and she was wonderful! A very thorough test and assessed all issues and questions that I had. I also cannot rave about Jessica enough! Not only was she sweet and bubbly, she was extremely helpful! I purchased glasses and had a change of heart the next day. She didn't make me feel bad once about coming back in and swapping my frames. She also helped me to get my dream pair at a more affordable price! 10/10 experience. Great staff!

The entire staff, including the front desk personnel (I forget their names) were more than helpful and friendly, and the doctor was able to identify the problem, and referred me to an ophthalmologist to get it out.
