Pennridge Opticians

I have been going to Bucks Mont Eye Associates since 5th grade. Dr. Godfrey is the best! My experience with Pennridge Opticians has been good up until this point. I am disappointed at the poor customer service I received this evening when attempting to get my glasses fixed. I arrived at closing, thinking they were open until 8 pm, per the website. The associate was less than friendly and seemed like she couldn't be bothered. She took a quick look at my glasses and said, "I can't get into this right now." She informed me that they close at 5 pm Monday-Friday (not at all conducive to people who work) and are not open on Saturdays. I always go on a Saturday for my eye exam, and they have always been open. Going forward, I may be purchasing glasses elsewhere.

I received the worst customer service here two or so weeks ago. If you treasure your eyesight do not come here. If your not happy with the glasses you just bought there you will be told "you picked the out so deal with it" They sent me back to my eye doctor and they were shocked with how I was treated. They said we are talking about your eyesight for God's sake. I was told by the lady there "we are not a chain, two doctors own the store. So I guess that means they do not have to make you satisfied with your glasses. Go to any eyeglass chain you can find. They will do anything to make you happy! 100 percent guaranteed. Expect to experience an extreme awful wait for every appointment. There is an obvious flaw in there scheduling- for years now. It is currently 3 and the appointment was scheduled for 2. An hour in the waiting room and the wait is not over yet. I understand they are busy but they clearly create an unreasonable schedule for themselves that there patients suffer the consequences for. It is not just an off day in here, it's years of treating patients time as invaluable. Desperately needs a new system in place.

Very poor customer service. Lady at the desk never offered any assistance, short answers. I felt as if I was bothering her. Go somewhere else for your glasses, places like this are why online glasses ordering is becoming so popular.

Almost a month and no glasses. This will be the last time we purchase them here. Only took a week at Lens Crafters. Finally went to pick them up and while adjusting them, they broke the earpiece off. Now, I wait again.

NO designer frames like they use to carry. Highly disappointed.
