Glasses fell apart and other eye stores were closed due to the snow. Found eyeland and was in and out within 5 minutes. Glasses were fixed and I wasn't charged. Beautiful customer service.

The ladies in your Selinsgrove office are awesome. Tammy and the other girls treat the customers awesome. Take care of your staff and they will keep the customers coming through your doors

Last night I broke my glasses that I had only got a couple months ago. I was very sad because I was folding them up to put in my glass case when they broke . I do have a spare pare thank God . I went into Eyeland first thing this morning and they took care of me with such kindness and sensitivity they replaced my glasses and I was able to wear them home . The lady that took care of me new that they were still under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything thank God . We have been going to Eyeland for over ten years we highly recommend them to anyone . I'm a happy customer.

Had a great experience. Everyone was so pleasant the whole time, the dr was very thorough and explained everything in ways I could understand. After the exam they were very attentive, personable, and took the time to show me several glasses that would fit perfectly to my face. I could tell everyone was concerned about making sure I received exactly what I needed to see well again and I walked out of that store feeling comfortable that I received the proper service I paid for. I will definitely continue to use Eyeland in Shamokin Dam in the future. Well Done everyone!

Rude and condescending receptionist, terrible experience. My son had a total of 5 appointments just to get contacts. 1st appointment went fairly smooth exam and ordered contacts. Received 2 calls to remind us of the appointment. Each time We went back for the fitting and the doc said they would have to order some contacts, but they had trials he could wear for 10 days while we waited. Went back to pick up-contacts were never ordered... no call to let us know they didn't have the contacts. 3rd time the receptionist scolded us for not having worn contacts we didn't have to the appointment and we were turned away AGAIN. 4th time we got all the contacts, ordered more, and tried to pay the bill. The receptionist told us we had no bill due. Fast forward 2 months I receive a past due notice for a bill I didn't know I had. Absolute worst experience, will never go back or recommend this place.

Fast, professional and courteous service. The doctor was kind and did a very thorough yet quick exam, got me right in and out! The ladies at the desk were very sweet. I just called in to reorder contacts and the woman I talked to was very kind and even found me a 10% discount from my insurance! Highly recommend!

Horrible service. I went there a year ago and the doctor was 40 minutes late, I went up to the front desk to say something at that time the doctor came in and told me that he drive 40 minutes away that he lives in Williamsport and didn't care if I had to wait. Wife and son went and yet again he was late. Why make appointments if the guy cannot show up on time and rude when confronted.
