I had my first appointment today. It was perfect. I was taken right away. Everyone was nice and friendly. They were very thorough and explained things well. It was just a matter of a few minutes between the preliminary exam and seeing the Dr. I'm really picky and impatient and there was not one thing I can complain about.

Multiple times I have come to pick up glasses during business hours for them to be closed. Phone number takes you to an answering service that is useless and unhelpful (in another city)
Multiple times I have asked to be the contact number for my shared custody children when I have them yet they always call their mom.
Dr. Hensel was efficient and friendly. The problem must be some of his staff.

They have no set hours. For example this week they were open on Tuesday and Friday and I was waiting to pickup glasses for over a month. I drove by and stopped in because I saw they were open and they said my glasses were there. I called twice to find out where my glasses were previous to this and they said they would check and call back. I never received a call back.

Ugh this place is awful!! Hours suck.. even when they're suppose to be open they're closed. Made more than one trip over to try to pick up my new glasses with no one in the office. They don't answer their phones. Operator has been sending me to their optical department for two weeks I didn't get an answer one single time. So I made special trips to try to pick my glasses up.. twice office was closed, another time the woman in optical had one person in her chair & wouldn't even acknowledge me as she's moving slower than molasses ignoring me and the phone ringing in the back room per usual... I would say not much for multi tasking around there. Made another trip for them to say oh well we have one of your two pairs you ordered. That's nice if you would've answered the phone I would've saved myself a trip til the second pair was in. ok I'll take this pair and let me know when the other ones get in... one hour later when I get to work I get text notification my glasses were there. I guess no one considered checking the shipment that came in for the day before I walked out the door. This place sucks!

Trying to get through to schedule an appointment is ridiculously difficult. Almost always get pushed to the answering service that just tells me to call back when they're open, when they ARE open according to their posted hours of operation. When I did manage to get a person, I was disconnected and had to start my queue all over again.
