This is the 3rd year i have went their the Dr.is very professional the stsff is friendly but not so much on solutions or problem solving they have messed up my lenses not once but twice now my appt was april 30 & its now the 16th of may & they are now saying anither week or more when i asked what my options where the staff didnt give me any it was almost like she just wanted to get me off the phone why they are not calling the lab & making my glasses a priorty and have them over nighted because of the delay i have no idea but if a lab messes up on your lenses twice not sure why the Dr is not on the phone to address the problem instead the staff lady said well you didnt pay for them so i was like wow really it doesnt matter if my insurance covers the whole bill or not money is money i only get allowed $700 a year for glasses so when your lab messes up twice you dont say well you didnt pay for them and we will figure something out if you already billed my insurance i cant get that money back now im left with bent mesded up frames with no solution or timeline on when im getting my new glasses im very disapointed in how this went down and how ive been treated its not right

The Staff is AMAZING! Dr was especially patient with my four year old, and was more than able to keep my son's attention focused throughout the appointment. He addressed all the concerns I had for my own vision and systematically figured out the changes I really needed and why (my vision sucks at best). The staff helped with all four of our appointments in one day, including making sure they worked with our insurance, what it covered, what it didn't, and how best to utilize it. This was by far one of the first dr appointments where I wasnt guessing how we got to how much we will owe. I know, and I know why and very professional. Im thrilled we have this place instead of the other more Corp style places.

Patient, informative, friendly, clean atmosphere. Professional employees. Competitive prices been going here ever since. He opened in this location right up until this month and I will keep going

Excellent care and service. Very thorough exam. Took my son there for new glasses and was so impressed I went there myself for new glasses. My new glasses were ready in less than one week. Very impressive!

Dr. Cable is great!! He has friendly office staff and the prices are competitive for our area!!

Followed Dr. Cable from Ludwigs when he opened years ago. Excellent service, in fact most of my family goes to him.

they are a bad place to get glasses they told me my glasses had a 1 year warranty and then the manufacturer stopped making them and they said there isnt anything they can do about it when my glasses are all kinds of messed up
