Terrible experience with a lady in the front office staff! Started when she called me at 1015 my appointment was at 1045 and she stated I didn't have any insurance which was NOT true so I had to call my insurance and find out that she was wrong about that. So when I called back in I spoke with a very kind gentleman who got me all taken care of and even told me my insurance paid for $200 worth of frames! After the appointment I asked for a detailed receipt not just the credit card receipt to show what I paid for and the lady got all snippy with me! Then I started asked questions about what I paid for and she started getting loud with me and really nasty over the phone cause I didn't do it in person because of how nasty she was with me. I will never go back to this eye place again because of her!!! The drs and the gentleman were so nice but she was just the nastiest person! I will tell everyone I know not to go there I hope they go out of business. Or fire her! Terrible customer service

Dr Seylar was rude. His tone was very demeaning towards me. He didn't smiled or engaged much at all. He used medical terms that he didn't explain to me, and when I asked clarifying questions he was very short. It wasn't about what he said, it was about how he said it and how rude he was being. All the other staff, there were extremely kind and helpful! I very rarely find offense to people, and I try to assume the best in everyone, but this experience was out of the ordinary.

The lady took my glasses that I just bought back to adjust my frames. She was taking a long time so I asked another employee if everything was alright he said he takes time to warm up the machine. Meanwhile she comes out and get the exact frames off the shelf and puts my lenses in them and brings them out to me to try on. I tell her this is not the same frames you took back to adjust and than I asked about seeing her taking frames off the display. When I went back the second time she won't wait on me and the guy told me she broke the last pair of frames. Had to wait another 2 weeks for glasses and never offered a discount had to pay full price! Stay far away from this office!

This place is awful every time I have ever been there. The greeting I got today was we tried reaching out several times to update your profile. And even though we arrived ten minutes early and no one else was there we weren't taken back until thirty minutes after our scheduled appointment. By the time they were done we refused to look at glasses there and waste anymore time. But instead of giving us the prescription they were rude and finally let us check out after like five minutes of just standing there. I would literally go anywhere else but here

Purchased glasses from this office with my prescription from my current eye Dr. Could not be more pleased with my experience! These glasses are everything I needed! Katie was most helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions regarding the anti glare feature to assist with my night vision concerns! The anti glare feature is a game changer and I am much more comfortable driving at night! My prescription was filled perfectly. Love the frame choices that Katie suggested as well. All of the staff were friendly and responsive to myself and others in the office while I was there . I'll be back for sure! Thank you for a pleasant experience. K

I love this place!!! They are so much fun, I was able to talk to the people and they are such full of energy!!! I was able to get TWO pairs of glasses for just 109!! Thank you Jesus for insurance!! Thank you so much for being here!! Have a blessed day!!!

Exam went fine, no complaints about the process. BEWARE WHEN YOUR BILLED. I ordered a pair of glasses and my insurance covers them, but the woman added protection coverage without my knowledge. She didn't give me an invoice which I did not notice until I was in my car. Went back for the invoice, then I notice the extra charge. She said most people want the coverage. That was deceitful, she never should have added the coverage without telling me! She said she could remove it, hopefully she did.

I went here today to get my husband's frames replaced and I was not greeted with a good morning, but a rather irritated, may I help you. I shrugged it off and told the girl why I was there. She never responded or made eye contact or anything, just disappeared with the glasses. Meanwhile the other lady sitting beside her never looked up from her phone. Very unprofessional. When the lady came back with his glasses, I very politely said thank you and have a good day, and again, no response. She just sat down and joined the other lady on her phone. Isn't there supposed to be a rule or something about being on your phone while at work especially if there are customers? I will not be returning here anytime soon. I'd rather drive farther to find a more friendly staff.
