Dr. Joshua Steiner

Dr. Steiner was patient, professional and kind. He took out the time to explain my test results. I also want to thank his wonderful staff for being considerate, compassionate and treated me like a person. I appreciate his testing staff, and technicians. They were superb in delivering top notch customer service and explained each step of my tests and exam.

The staff is courteous and friendly. My complaint is the wait time. I arrive on time for my appointment. After all the preliminary tests or scans are completed, I wait in a hallway for about an hour to an hour and a half before I see the doctor. I would not complain if this were a one-off but this has occurred on every visit. If I were late for my appointment, I would have to reschedule because the doctor's time is valuable. I feel that my time is just as important. If I arrive at 2:00, there is no reason why the doctor comes to the room at 3:45. This only occurs when appointments are overbooked for the same time or the doctor has poor time management skills. After that long of a wait, I should not feel like the results could have been mailed instead of making me wait for a 10 minute or less summary.

Nina welcomed me and collected the eye information for the doctor. She was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Ran the tests quickly and was extremely helpful with answers to my questions. The doctor is amazing. He provided a detailed review of my tests and provided follow up steps to use until my next appointment.

Dr. Joshua Steiner is an absolute expert for the problem area that I had : Retina! His communication was on point when it came to explaining my condition and the treatment options at disposal! He made it all super easy to understand for me! Dr Joshua was thorough in his testing and observations! His attention to detail was immaculately impressive! He has a calming presence that oozes compassion and made me feel at ease in a potentially nervous situation! Overall, an extremely smooth and efficient visit and the use of modern technology by Dr Joshua Steiner just altogether elevates the entire experience in the care being provided! I can't thank Dr Joshua Steiner and the entire staff enough!
