You wait more than your being seen. Had an appointment at 11:30am, arrived early which was fine waiting until our appointment time. Got seen at 11:35am, girl asked a bunch of questions and took pics of my mom's eye for about ten minutes. Then she sat us in a hallway and we waiting FOR 40 MINUTES TO BE SAT IN A ROOM TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES. ONE hour of just waiting, I should not still be here at 1pm if the appointment was at 11:30am. They got to schedule better so they don't fall behind because people have other things to do. Absolutely ridiculous. Our doctor is GREAT no complaints about him.

These guys are pros. From the staff to the doctors. Dr. Steiner is a life/vision saver. Yes it is busy. Yes you may have to wait. But what is more important than your sight? I would wait a week in the waiting room chair to be cared for by the best. Only saw the doctor for 5 minutes? Go home and celebrate nothing major is wrong. You are in the right place.
