I have been going to Advanced Eye Care for about three years, and the doctors are excellent. Dr. Anderson and Dr. Temnykh are professional, thorough, and exams are always a great experience.
Occasionally mistakes can happen with orders. In my recent case, my one-year supply of monthly AquaClear lenses was mistakenly ordered as a half-year supply of Acuvue Oasys bi-weekly lenses, even though both brands were listed on my prescription. The staff explained it may have been a misunderstanding since some people wear bi-weekly lenses for a month, but I have always worn them for two weeks, so it was a bit surprising. However, all the staff were kind, helpful, and took the time to make things right. They resolved the issue very quickly, which I really appreciate.
This place will still be my first choice, and I highly recommend them to others.

I have to say that this eye care services is perfect! all the staff are very friendly and all of the service are pretty professional and lovely! Not only the doctor but also the nurses and the front desk are already helpful and specific. I think they have all been trained in a very friendly way and they are very patient with every single sentence you say. I do enjoy both the eye examination as well as the glasses design. I will definitely come back next year for the new eye examination and renew the contact lenses.
