We were visiting Penn State when the arm fell off my glasses. I stopped into an optometrist/store near the campus for help. Both screws in my round glasses fell out. I found a screw which was way too long but "worked". However, when the second lens fell out, I was unable to replace the screw or line up the lens to the frame. I stopped in at Target Optical while shopping and asked if the store repaired glasses that weren't purchased there. When Brendan said yes, I handed him the previously-described mess, and went shopping. When I stopped back about 15 mins later, Brendan and the optical team were collaborating on getting the lens back into the correct rotation in the frame. A few minutes later and I had two new, correct screws and my glasses were, once again, wearable. Brendan then took the time and care to clean the glasses thoroughly. Cheers to Brendan and the other optician who worked with him (I'm sorry I didn't ask her name). A new customer. Happy, happy, joy, joy!
