Eyeland Optical Temple

I purchased new lenses and am very pleased with the service I received. The lenses were in within a week, and Betty and Kassy were so helpful and pleasant to work with! I highly recommend Eyeland Temple for your eyeglass needs!

I've had nothing but problems with Eyeland in Temple. First issue- I accidentally broke my frames which I paid for replacements out of pocket-they installed the lenses incorrectly. After I asked them to double check the lenses, they said they were scratched. Thankfully they were still under warranty. When my new lenses came in I received a text stating I could stop in to pick them up. Second issue-When I got there (30 minute drive) I was told the tech left for the day and I would had to come back. I found out what the tech's hours were so I didn't waste more gas on another trip. The next day I received a text message saying I qualified for 50% off a second pair. When I went to get my new lenses cut and installed I asked about the offer. Third issue-Betty replied, in a rude manner, that I didn't qualify because I didn't buy them. When I tried explaining that I purchased the frames out of pocket and the lenses were under warranty, she replied, "we just don't go giving 60% off glasses" in a bitchy tone. (She said 60% even though I said my text said 50%) As I was waiting all off the staff were discussing crafts, not working. Betty also belched so loud it was disgusting. Buyer BEWARE!

I was very happy with my service here. The doctor did not make me feel rushed, and explained things to me, and answered all of my questions. Betty helped me go through several frames and did several math problems for different frames so I could make the best decision! Thanks guys for all your help. I will be bringing my mom soon!!

I went to get a pair of frames and lenses done I specifically said I did not want blue light filter on them then 2 weeks later my glasses arrived and they have blue light filter on them. However they were quick to make it good. The current manager responded very quickly. I am convinced mistakes happen to every establishment. But how they respond is the true measure of their service. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

Recommended. Helpful staff, especially betty. John, the optician, is just as excellent. I definitely recommend this place. Go to VNS and get a sandwich afterwards.

Have been coming here for almost 4 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Doc is fantastic and the ladies working in the front with scheduling, billing, glasses and contact selection and fitting, etc. are awesome. Betty and Tabitha specifically have helped me when my glasses didn't come out quite right. They were professional, patient and problem solved the issue until it was made right. Everyone has always been so very nice, helpful and down to earth that going to the eye doctor is not the torturous event that it had been in the past. Can't recommend them enough!

I have been a patient here for years, and have had nothing but positive experiences! I was always so against wearing glasses, because I never liked how I looked in them. Turns out, I just needed help picking out the best style frame and colors to compliment me! The ladies here do just that. They are very helpful, and very patient as you select your glasses. I always enjoy picking out my new glasses with them!
