I recently visited walmart Vision Center and had an exceptional experience! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I received top-notch care. The optometrist conducted a thorough eye exam, explaining everything clearly and addressing all my concerns. The selection of frames was impressive, with stylish and affordable options. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail and genuine care shown by the entire team. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring I left with the perfect glasses. Highly recommend walmart Vision Center for anyone seeking professional, personalized eye care. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten if I could!

I wish I could give them zero stars!!!! Tammy which is the secretary and also the Doctor's wife is rude. She has been giving me attitude for years and I have dealt with it. The Doctor will also defend and give you attitude when you try and complain about his wife. Don't ever go here. They're way better places then this one at Temple Walmart. They don't care about the patients. I needed an emergency appointment and she was giving me attitude instead of just trying to give me an appointment for her next available spot. Well I called another office and will not be going back to this unprofessional and lack of compassion office for patients. I'm shocked they've been able to still be here all these years. Tammy needs prayers because the hate in her heart is just sickening.

Sending a HUGE "thank you" to Rosa & Margie for performing an emergency repair to my son's glasses on 8/17/24!!! He was already having a tough 1st week as a Freshman at nearby Kutztown U, and accidentally sat on his glasses one morning. These two angels came to the rescue & fixed the issue.

This is the worst eye vision center in Pennsylvania. I do not recommend to nobody. Last week I went for an eye exam to get contact lenses. The doctor gave me a pair of lenses to try out for a hold week when I came back I told them they were fine but he check my vision again and he decided to change my prescription a little bit. When I try the new lenses I COULD NOT see right. My vision was very blurry. I went back to his office the next day and when I told him that I was having problems with the new prescriptions and that the previous lenses were better he didn't like that and started treating me with a very bad attitude asking me questions and yelling at me. I couldn't understand his attitude against me so I just stood up a left the office. In my opinion he is the worst doctor I've ever work with. Very grumpy for no reason and asking me stupid questions just to not change my prescription to the right one I needed. I can not give this place even one star. They do not deserve it. Not even the ladies in the front desk.. I think they don't know what they are doing either.. THIS PLACE SUCKS... THIS DOCTOR SUCKS

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a vision center. If I could give it less than one star, I would. It started with them forgetting to put my appointment on the calendar so when I showed up they had no idea who I was and they had to call the woman that I spoke with to confirm that she spoke to me. The doctor gave me a price quote for contacts that was $100 less than what the store charged me and they conveniently didn't mention that until they were ordered and they would not honor the price I was originally quoted for. The ordering process took so long that I ran out of temporary contact and had to go back TWICE. To try to make up for it the gave me an extra free month of contacts... a nice gesture but they showed up 3 MONTHS LATER. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid them at all cost.

The first time I went there for my personal eye exam it went very well. Doctor was nice and prompt, and everyone was professional. This time around going there they treated my kids like trash. Treated my 4 year old and 6 year old like trash. They need to just shut down the whole building and never open again. The doctor has no patience with kids and is dark hearted and evil and instead of retiring like he wants to do he brutally mistreats and badmouths people's kids and is evil towards them.

I've came here more than twice and thought I keep trying but after this visit I'm going elsewhere. Not every day I get an ophthalmologist challenging me and making me feel defeated over providing care and concern for my Dad. My Dad had a stroke and is in the wheelchair and needs assistance with daily living and instrumental activities of daily living. He has memory issues too and relaying information back. We both had an appointment, my exam was after his. The doctor insisted he go with technician to pick out frames and such. I said I needed to be with him that we both can go out together after my exam. The doctor persisted to challenge me and question my need to be with him (he doesn't provide care for my Dad and doesn't know all my Dad's health history and what he is capable of and not). I simply tell him I take care of him and we prefer I be present. He continued to question and say he doesn't understand why I need to be with him. My Dad not trying to be confrontational back says he can wait in waiting area for me so I can be with him after. I hope the doctor's need to be assertive and challenging made him feel better about himself because it sure look like that on my end. He gets his way and proceeded to wheel my Dad out of room without making sure his feet and legs were in the right position. My Dad doesn't have feeling on one side and needs time to adjust and raise his bad foot/leg with the good foot/leg. His feet started to skid and go under his seat a little. If this was an extremely careless person and my Dad not aware of his foot placement that could have physically affected him. These small and completely unnecessary confrontations make me wish I could have said exactly what was on my mind. A reminder to be kind to each other and not to challenge someone unnecessarily. I understand if the room was small but he didn't specify that he specifically was challenging me and me being with my Dad. I am his daughter and I take care of him full time along with my kids and not that it matters because I would do this either way I also paid out of pocket for the visit.
