The entire staff was courteous and friendly. My husband has special eye needs and Dr. Milakkal was wonderful! His appointment was late afternoon on a Friday. Still, she took her time to meet his unusual prescription needs after his current doctor was quite unsure how to best do that. We walked away from the appointment knowing we had found his new eye doctor! A big thank you to the entire team!

Sydra was excellent help my mom and I today! We really appreciated all of her help with picking out frames and getting us the best deal possible. We both needed new glasses and didn't know where to start. Super cozy office and great doctors too! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend MyEyeDr. in Trappe PA. Great doctors and such an amazing staff. The eyewear specialists (there are 2 employees) there that have great personalities. My visit had some good laughs as I tried on different eyewear. I NEVER leave reviews but made sure when I got home to post one for this visit.

I am very pleased at the amount of time both my doctor and office manager spent with me. Answering all my questions and giving me multiple options to take care of my vision needs. Joe also helped to find the most cost effective way to get everything I wanted and needed for my vision care.

My Wife and I had gone to MyEyeDr. in Trappe,PA for several years. Recently my Wife and I had to find a new optometrist due to changes in our insurance. I mentioned to my Wife the optometrist that I had seen. I told her that I found He and His Staff to be excellent. Upon examining my Wife he discovered that She has Glaucoma which should have been detected by MyEyeDr. but never was. Now my Wife has lost a large portion of Her peripheral vision due to their incompetence. I have a close friend who is a retired optometrist who told me that when someone had Glaucoma that he was always able to detect it.I would highly recommend anyone thinking of visiting this practice to avoid it. Had my Wife gone to a different optometrist they would have caught the Glaucoma and my Wife would not have lost peripheral vision permanently!!!

Very kind staff and I was in and out quickly for an eye exam. Good selection of glasses at good prices. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kindelsperger. She was very informative and kind.

Can't say enough great things about Dr. Kindelsperger and the staff in Trappe! I came in a few weeks ago for a routine glasses and contact exam along with my husband who has not had his eyes checked in over 20 years. The staff was super helpful and efficient in getting through our initial exams and Dr Kindelsperger was very thorough in explaining minor changes in my vision and options for updating my contacts and glasses. My husband still has 20/20 vision, lucky for him! I definitely will be coming back for my annual exams.

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. the gentleman at reception, whose name I didn't get, was very patient and helpful since my husband and I had two different insurance coverages, but he figured it all out. I tried on glasses for several minutes on my own, none of which were quite right. Sydra came over to assist me, picked out a pair of glasses, which were the perfect fit and looked wonderful on me. Dr. K. Took her time with both my husband and myself explaining everything. She was kind, gentle and very patient. We had strayed from "my eye doctor "for the last few years, but with the service we received today we will be returning customers in the future.
