I always have a great experience here with Dr. Clark. He is a wonderful Eye Specialist/Surgeon. I've been with him since he performed my LASIK surgery in 2001. The results were better than 20/20. He has done other procedures too with excellent results. His staff is professional, kind and always friendly. I completely trust him for any problem that I might have. Excellent facility and top notch people. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Dr was Very good although there was a waiting time is extreme there's no need to sit there for an hour and a half two hours before you're being called and then they take it back. Do something to you and then you back out in the waiting room sometimes that goes to three times I don't understand the reason in this I think they're over Scheduling it's not necessary for you to sit to three hours waiting to be called on. I think they could improve that other than that. The doctors are great and then if you do have a question about that one of the assistance at the desk will make a remark of something to the effect of well sometimes you wait three hours well, I'll tell What I've been going to this office for a long time maybe this particular one but I've used the one when I lived in Croydon and I've never waited that long. The longest I've ever waited was maybe 20 minutes they need to improve that.

Actual visit with Dr. Mira Amin, MD was professional. However, the office staff is horrible to deal with- they have constantly sent my critical eye drop prescription many different times to the incorrect pharmacy. This was clearly stated during my medical examinations, to send the prescriptions to the correct pharmacy and correct location. Once again, this week, the girl sent my prescription to some other pharmacy. Trying to actually speak to someone in the office to get this resolved is impossible. Staff never answered their telephone, always going to voice mail. I never received a return telephone call. And this matter is still not resolved at this writing.
