Always a wonderful visit when coming to Pearl Vision. The advancements in technology they have to make the visit as thorough as possible and no eye drops needed. Fantastic, fantastic experience. Saw a lot of reviews upset that the 'doctor' was virtual- but 90% of the tests were done by hand by the clinicians on site first. They also stayed in the room as the doctor did the remaining "is one better or two?" tests, and it was like the doctor was in the room as well. Except better because they could see on their screen how I was seeing!! All of the tests were reviewed for the health of my eyes and the change (small) in my prescription. There was no attempt to 'up-sell' me on things I might not need- just friendly people that wanted the best for me and my eyes. I worry about big name companies sometimes but MAN- this was a great experience and I will be coming back every year.

You will not see a Dr. here Except on a little screen beside you. No biggie except that I think you should be told that when making the appointment. The web site literally tells you you are seeing Dr Myles Neiman.
The choice of frames is very limited and I left with only my Rx.
Otherwise, the staff is friendly and easy to talk with. They were the only good thing about my experience.

Both attendants working were so nice and sweet though I didn't catch their names. Though the process itself went nice and smooth and they made sure to explain everything out to me as we went along. The doctor was prompt and polite and gave detailed information no one had before. All in all a wonderful experience all around and will definitely recommend. Good job guys!

The visit was typical - average. The examiner was polite and friendly to my daughter. The cost was overpriced for the service and merchandise. $270 above my reasonable insurance provision covering $135 for frames and the cost of the exam. We bought frames at the $170 price. I joked (somewhat) that I spent as much out of pocket for the service with insurance as I had at a big box store without coverage.

Very good experience overall, but know that there is actually no Dr. on staff at this location. You will speak with one remotely on screen once all of your tests have been completed and they receive the information. Staff is very cordial and helpful.
