Uniontown is so lucky to have a Pearle Vision location with such incredible customer service! Jennifer went above and beyond to help fix and find a quick solution after breaking my frames hours before a major road trip!! She treated me with such care and respect, fixed my problem and made me feel prioritized, I left stress free and happy! Ten stars would be a better option, I'm a happy customer! Thank you!

UPDATE, 1//21/26 - I DO NOT RECOMMEND "ANYONE" TO GO TO THIS PLACE! DIGITAL ONLINE DOCTORS, SEEM TO NOT GET THEIR ASSESSENT OF YOUR EYE HEALTH ACCURATE AT ALL!! TO HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR A VIRTUAL DOCTOR SUCKS!!! SO DOES THE DOCTOR WHO CHECKED MY EYES!! I just changed my stars to a 1 star...but in my opinion, a -10 stars doesn't do justice. The ladies, though nice attitudes did not finish the job. Then handed me the glasses, I put them on, and they did.not offer any adjustments. They seemed to be quick on getting me out of the store. I thought at the moment that they were ok....but after wearing them and trying to read with them, I could not! I would go old school, and find an optometrist, that you can see in person, not on a video screen!!!! Pearl Vision get rid of the virtual doctors and hire one that operates in Store! And train Your employees better!!!! UPDATED 12/15/25 - The customer service was a 7. The extra 39.99 was unfair, And here it is December 2025, months after getting these glasses, and I STILL CANNOT READ WITH THEM! I am using store bought reading glasses to be able to see what I am reading. Pearl vision's digital eye exams are not very accurate at all! I would have gone in and have them check it all out, but wife got deathly sick, and passed away in November 2025. So I guess it's to late to do anything about it. I can read the signs when I am driving. But I cannot even read my mail very well unless I put my reading glasses on on. I paid almost 500 bucks for somewhat useless glasses. And I had to pay that extra 39.95 for the digital eye exam...go figure...I would think twice before going to pearl vision. Find a better eye examiner, and do it old school!

I have avoided my annual vision screening for the past 7 years because I'm never certain I've selected the appropriate frame. I recently relented...and was pleasantly surprised that Jennifer was both welcoming and knew exactly how to accommodate me. After listening to my requests, she efficiently assisted me in matching the proper frame with my prescription. Additionally, both Sierra, the vision tech, and the professionalism of the skilled optometrist...as well as his added banter...definitely made the likelihood of returning annually a definite goal for future visits.

While the people that work there are very kind. I think people should be made aware prior to scheduling an appointment that it will be all virtual with a tech AND the Doctor. And while that's okay for myself some people especially the elderly may not like it. You complete your "paperwork" on a tablet yourself. Take the pictures of your license and insurance cards yourself. And there is a mandatory $39 macular degeneration test which a lot of insurance companies don't cover. Please make people aware prior to their appointment so you don't waste their time. And also so your employees don't get berated for something that isn't their fault.

We booked an appointment online. The questionnaire asked if we had insurance, which we did. They did not outline which insurances they didn't accept nor did they call beforehand to confirm insurance. We walked in day of appointment after looking forward to it all week to be told that they didn't accept the insurance we had. The employee managing the reception desk was short in speech, borderline rude, and all she said was "sorry we don't take --" and left it at that. If you aren't going to accept all major insurances, as ours was not a small insurance company, you should at minimum state that during the appointment booking or call to confirm beforehand to avoid wasting everyone's time.

My wife and I needed our eyes examined and this was the most efficient and helpful visit. All of the tests are high tech and we had a good experience with the tele-visits from the doctors. We ended up needing glasses so we chose our frames from a huge selection of colors and styles. Staff was friendly and patient and helped us customize exactly what we needed. I highly recommend Pearle Vision!

Pearle Vision was helpful and professional. I love my new glasses.

Did not like not seeing a doctor in person. I honestly can't believe the insurance company would rather pay for this than an in person evaluation.
