Martinelli Eye & Laser Centers

I had to leave work 3 hours early and drive an hour home to take my wife to an eye exam after she already had one exam and received her glasses and contact lenses. She was informed when the second appointment was made that she needed a ride because they were going to dilate her pupils and she would not be safe to drive. I took her to her appointment and all they did was an eye pressure test and took pictures of the inside of her eyes. The person who performed her test said that there was no record of them dilating her eyes on this appointment and that it couldn't be done anyways without the presence of a doctor who was not there. They made the appointment telling her she would get her eyes dilated, they sent her a reminder telling her the same and then when she arrived they acted like they had no idea what she was talking about. I lost 3 hours overtime because of this. The worst part is they could had done those tests at her original eye exam. Martinelli eye care needs to get their act together.

Very friendly staff and awesome doctors that know their stuff . If you have a question or there's something you're concerned about bring it up. They take the time to talk to you and speak in words you will be able to understand.Everyone there is very helpful and professional. I'll never go anywhere else.

Dear Dr. Martinelli I've been coming to your practice, Martinelli eye clinic for a couple years. My last several visits have been horrible to say the least. When I or any other patient/customer comes to your office I, we expect to be treated with respect but unfortunately that isn't the case with Ashley and Jessica. Those two young ladies need to realize they have a paycheck because of patients such as myself come there. Without patients you have no practice and they have no jobs. Take a moment to explain to these ladies that one's attitude in how they speak to patients whether in person or on phone and their body language , such as eye rolling or huffing and puffing makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Also my heart goes out to Melanie for having to deal with such disrespect from her coworkers as I see it when I'm there. They also need to be told they are REPLACEABLE so they need to treat people as they want to be treated or they will be looking for another job..... Word of mouth travels fast, it's takes one unsatisfied patient to cause Martinellis to lose patients. If these ladies don't like their job then they should go elsewhere or better yet be fired as there are a lot of educated, compassionate front desk receptionist who would love to work for you. On a better note, I'd like to thank you for something you said to me at my last eye exam. I stated I wanted blue contacts to enhance my light blue eyes and you said to me always remember "less is more"! That comment has stuck with me during different times in my life. Thank you for being so kind and compassionate!! I may stop in to talk to you in person next week!!

Awesome visit, Dr Martinelli is really a wonderful eye doctor and really gives a great check up and explains everything so we can understand, and the workers there are wonderful too, Tina was awesome help picking out frames. Very friendly environment, puts you at ease, total positive experience.

Thank you for taking care of our son today! I can't tell you all how much I appreciate it. Emergency appointment to remove a piece of metal. Dr. Martinelli & staff kept him at ease and talked him through every step. Very professional and caring.

I have been a patient at Martinelli for over thirty years. I brought my 3-year old in daughter for a same day appointment because I was worried she scratched her eye. Instead of showing concern, I received terrible attitude from the front desk. They didn't have a record of my appointment and told me they did not take my insurance before even checking. If I wasn't so concerned for my daughter I would have left. I will never return to a Martinelli eye center after the way we were treated today. The complete disrespect has left me baffled, upset, and angry.

Wonderful Doctor! Very skilled specialist that explains everything to you about your eye exams I would highly recommend him!!!
