Awful experience. Find another eye doctor unless you want to wait 2 hours total for your visit there. It is so miserable the process. You wait in a waiting room for a long time to wait in another waiting room for a long time to see the doctor for 5 minutes. The staff are miserable. The two receptionists at the front are great and friendly but once you get past them, it's a miserable experience! I almost walked out. Someone did actually. I waited an hour and 15 minutes before I saw the doctor and this happens every single time. I was there 2 hours and it's always like this.

Dr. Christopher Seebruck has been very encouraging and polite. He has often taken time to explain my test results to me and my family and has been very patient I appreciate that he is very careful and gentle when administering the shots. Most of his staff are very helpful and kind, and some go beyond their call of duty to help other staff members and patients. You are treated with respect.

As always, the staff was very helpful and personable. The office today (9/26) was extremely busy but the staff handled it calmly and professionally. A very good staff who works as a well-oiled machine. Dr. Seebruck patiently answers any and all my questions. I hold this office in very high regard.

Dr Seebruck has been great with my husband's care. He explains things whenever we have a question. The girls in the office are another story. Some of them very rude. If you ignore the nurses and front desk staff you will be ok. Plan to be there for at least several hours
