Werner Eyes of the Valley at Walnutport

From the time I called for an appointment till the time I picked up my glasses...I was thrilled with the service. I had an issue with my first pair of glasses but they order them for me a second time and they are now perfect. Thank you for understanding that I had an issue.. Thank you for making me feel relaxed and like I've been there forever. I would recommend this office for everyone.

Dr. Werner who did my eye exam was amazing I learned so much about my eyes I didn't know. Cerra who did some tests, which included not having my eyes dilated, thank you very much, she was also amazing. Again learning so much I didn't know. Great help picking out new frames, the office staff were great and so friendly. Just had a great experience. Can't wait to get my new glasses. A great office all the way around.

From Nervous to Overjoyed! After being with the same doctor for over 10 years, I was really nervous about making a switch--but Warner's absolutely blew me away! Christina was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick out the perfect frames--her fashion sense is top-notch! My glasses arrived so quickly, and Kimara made sure they fit perfectly. I can't rave enough about the excellent service and care I received. Thank you so much, Warner's--you've gained a loyal customer for life!

This review contains NO opinion, just FACTS. I would rather NOT post it publicly but there seems to be no way to contact this business via email or fax and I wish for it to be documented. My spouse was recently charged $289.00 for glass frames. Her copay after insurance was $177.80. They broke within a week. She did indeed slightly cause distress as her arm put slight pressure on them as they were laying on bed and she didn't realize it. Ok so does Werner have a warranty? No clue! Nothing was found anywhere! Does the maker offer a warranty? Sure..manufacturing defects ONLY. Ok. I have worn glasses for 40 years and NEVER had any pair break so easily. But ok let's call it her fault and her expense. I go online and find the IDENTICAL frames at Walmart and countless other stores for under $50 w free and faster shipping! Frames are Calvin Klein CK20705 360 Crystal Emerald. You cannot buy them from CK direct but their MSRP is $209. Personally, I've never seen an MSRP that wasn't super over inflated. Walmarts cost? $38.75! Is price Gouging illegal? No. Is it unethical and greedy? No comment. Do they have the customers best interest in mind? Enough said. Come to your own conclusion! Pls note I am referring to ONLY the frame portion of the total bill of $771.00!!!!!! FACTS

As a new patient, the intake process was smooth and it was so easy to set up an appointment! The front desk staff and techs were so kind and patient and Dr Alex was so knowledgeable. I absolutely will be coming back, and look forward to buying glasses here in the future as well!

Extremely happy with the care my sons received during their first visit! Everyone was great, from the pleasant, smiling front desk staff, to Leann and Dr Werner, with their exams! He was very personable and joked around with my boys. And Leann was great as well! I loved the evening appointment option and very efficient service!
