June of 2024, I ordered glasses at the Washington PA location. A simple rx, with no line bifocal. It took them 3 sets and a month and a half later to get the rx right.
Nov of 2025, I had broke my glasses and went back to the store, since I had insurance on the glasses. It was probably one of the worst visits I've had at this store. I explained that I had spoke to someone at there Corporate Site, and I asked if I could get a different frame, less in price, their Corporate site said yes, the store said no, and the person waiting on me from that time on treated me like I was a Criminal. When I got my glasses back 10 minutes later, a different color frame I picked, I say to her, I appreciate her time, and I hope she has a great weekend, there was nothing said by her. Just an attitude you can visibly see on her face. I added this stop in with the debacle last year and it just added up to poor Customer Service to me. I will never use Lenscrafters again.

I just walked out of an appointment with my son after our family coming here with no issues for years. We were scheduled for our annual appointments in August. They called and rescheduled us twice because they didn't have doctors available for the days of our appointments. We were sitting in the waiting room when we were told that the doctor would see me, but she wouldn't see my son because she doesn't see kids younger than 8. He's 7-1/2. He's been wearing glasses for over a year and has had 2 of these appointments with no issues. We waited a month for this appointment and drove 40 minutes. The doctor came out and said she's unable to do appointments for younger kids because they don't cooperate and she can't get the right prescription for them. I asked why we were scheduled with a doctor that refuses to see kids and was given no explanation other than a shrug. After calling my husband, we left and will be switching eye doctors. The receptionist was kind, but the whole interaction was extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Moffitt was an outstanding optometrist and was soft spoken and sweet. She took her time with my exam, which I really appreciated. I will request her in the future.
Gena was the technician that helped me find just the right pair of glasses
that looked nice on my face.
I wanted color contacts this time, but didn't know what color to choose. Rachel showed me all of the colors and then brought out different colors to try on. She was so helpful.What an easy process it was this time compared to other vision centers.
When my glasses came in, I asked for Gena again. She was able to adjust them and I was extremely pleased that they were so comfortable.
The whole LensCrafters staff were so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.I will continue to go there. I'm sure you won't be sorry if you go there too. A+++
