Everyone was extremely nice from the time I walked in. Very professional but also very human! Everything from the first tests in the side office to purchasing my glasses was explained to me. The doctor took her time to explain everything to me not in a rushed fashion. They seem to be a good team. Everything flowed together! Thank you for all your help! I'll be back in a couple weeks for my Coach prescription sunglasses!

I was greeted by a friendly face by a gentleman at the main desk. The person doing the initial eye tests was very friendly and calm. And the Dr that did the exam was SOOOO NICE AND POLITE! I was about 15 minutes early too and I barely had to wait a few minutes for anything, once the process got started it was very quick. The person working with me to order my contacts was very friendly and polite too! I was in and out in probably 30 minutes or less but still got everything taken care of that I needed. They also confirmed exactly what I'd be getting paperwork wise.

Was called the day before my appointment and told my insurance was not going to cover my appointment. After verifying that my insurance would definitely cover the exam I scheduled for but not frames and lenses for another month decided to go elsewhere. I wasn't planning on buying frames or lenses anyway, I buy online.

I also didn't think the place was overly clean.
But I was pleased with the doctor and the technician who measured for my glasses.
