Great client service. Washington Eye Center got me in for an emergency appointment. Staffing was great and Dr. Paul Caimano took the time to examine my eyes to determine what the problem was with my eyes. I would recommend Washington Eye Center and Dr. Caimano.

I have always appreciated Dr. Caimano's attention to my eye care. I go annually for a chronic eye condition, and the doctor always gives me details about the progress and treatments that are available. He has been helpful in getting me prescriptions I need even without a prescription drug plan. I have not experienced any negative issues with his staff either. They are friendly and helpful. Only one time in the past several years did I have to sit in the waiting area for what seemed like an unusually long time. It is typically not more than 15 minutes to be called back.

Without a doubt, THE RUDEST RECEPTIONIST THAT I WAS TRANSFERED TO, AFTER THE INITIAL ONE COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. She was obviously bothered by the fact that the first girl had to ask her a question. #2 then got on the phone, shouting at me about how she just wasted six minutes of her time, listening to the girl that could not answer a question. I still had not had my question answered and tried to ask it again. She just kept screaming in the phone. No, thank you! I would NEVER patronize Washington Eye Center ! I simply disconnected the call in the middle of her rampage. You never know when the office is going to be open or not anyways even though they have posted hours. I don't know how the man stays in business with the front end people as inexperienced and simply as ignorant and rude as they are. It is they who sets the tone of the business. Doc you got a serious problem there!!!

The staff couldn't be nicer and so knowledgeable too! Everyone should see this ophthalmologist's office and get an exam. So much can happen medically in your eyes especially when we are aging. Thanks to the doctor and girls that work for him.

The doctor's assistant, also office manager, told my dad that he stunk, he's neglected, she doesn't know how he can stand himself. She was rude, disrespectful. We will not be returning.
