Dr. King was very nice, took her time and explained things, as well as helped me find a new fit for contacts. Kelli was so patient pricing out multiple different ways, and so helpful with picking the right options for me! Highly recommend the Waynesboro MyEyeDr location!

I was extremely pleased with first appointment. I needed a new contact and glasses prescriptions. The prices were soo much better then the other place Inused to go to in Gettysburg. My glasses were ready in no time. They are prefect. Thank you!!

I have been coming here for years, and I always have a great experience here. Kelly is wonferful with helping me pick out the perfect frames for my face and what will work with the eye insurance. The whole staff is wonderful and so friendly!

Terrible customer service. The doctor was okay but the people working in the office were rude and pushy. I was there for an exam recently and after they tried to pressure me into buying contacts with them even though their prices were way higher than other places. They seemed annoyed that I was taking time to price check and call my insurance to understand my benefits. And even though I did not purchase my contacts there they ended up using my insurance benefit for contacts so now I cant use it somewhere else. I tried to tell them this so they could correct it and they just argued with me, talked over me, and said they did not use it. My insurance is saying they did. I have had to spend a lot of time trying to get this figured out and have had to a file a complaint with my insurance provider to try and get my contact allowance reinstated. This is going to take time I don't have because I am almost out of contacts and need to get them ordered. They also told me they ordered trial contacts of my new prescription for me twice, but when I spoke with them 19 days later they still had not done it.
