This is the best eye care place. We were visiting from out of town. I had an eye emergency and they got me right in. The phone number can is also able to receive texts. They helped me work to get contacts so I was able to see on my trip. They accept insurance and if you aren't able to see on the website you can call and they are so friendly and able to help. The dr was amazing. He was friendly and able to explain everything so you understand. Lots of options for eyeglasses to sunglasses to full eye care. You can order contacts through them. They have all the eye tests to insure your eye care is handled. I couldn't be more happy with them. This was the quickest and friendliest visit I've ever had. What a pleasure and thank you to them all. They truly care so please let them help you with your healthcare needs. So easy to find even if you can't see well !! Great parking options.

My experience at Bainbridge Eye Care Associates was excellent! I was very pleasantly greeted by the women at the front desk. I did not even sit down before I was brought back to start my exam. The nurse and the doctor were very patient, they listened to my concerns, spent a long time with me explaining things I have never been told before, and suggested exams to try and end some problems. The optician was very helpful in choosing new reading glasses. Overall, I would highly recommend going to Bainbridge Eye Care Associates. It was such a pleasant experience, and I 100% trust that they will take good care of my eyes.

Today was my new patient appointment at Bainbridge Eye Care. The clerical staff was welcoming, as they were when I dropped in to make the appt 3 weeks ago. Jennifer did a few tests and asked about my concerns, then Dr. Bainbridge did the exam. He's very thorough and personable. Bob helped me choose glasses and took measurements. He was also great. Bottom line is everyone at Bainbridge is professional and the place is spotless. Can't wait to get my glasses next week.

Bainbridge Eye Care Associates consistently deliver top-notch, high quality eye care!! My first visit was to update my eyeglass prescription and select a new frame. Dr Bainbridge's exam was quite thorough and he took the time to discuss with me the problem I have with dry eyes. He really listened and advised me about treatment options. As a result, I returned to have my dry eyes evaluated and feel confident and optimistic about his recommended course of action! Dr. Bainbridge is an exceptional doctor; he is professional, listens, and takes the time to answer your questions. As for eyeglasses, the optician Bob is so very helpful!! As you consider your options, he will evaluate the fit of the frame and present the pros and cons of the frames you are considering. When the eyeglasses are ready, he will make sure you have a perfect fit. He's a gem!! And kudos to the office staff! They are welcoming, friendly, and very efficient.
