Great friendly people. Special mention for Emily, the tech, was super nice and looked so cool lol and with her earrings serving as a target to focus on I'd say she definitely went above and beyond and I hope I get her again next time. Also doctor Johnston was really nice and funny and helped me with some some confusion I had about some things in such a nice caring way. Great doctor. And also Amanda was really nice too and helped me find cool glasses. Hope to see everyone there again

I've been coming here for a few years and can't say enough good things. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've had some eye issues, and Dr. Daniel Johnston does an amazing job explaining everything in a way that's easy to understand while offering great recommendations. Amanda was so kind and made buying new contacts super easy. Such a great office, I'm very happy to be a patient here!

This place was terrible. It had the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I made an appointment for my seven year old son--his first eye exam. He was nervous; I was nervous. The morning of the appointment, it was snowing like crazy but my son, two daughters and I braved the weather. We were 12 minutes late--according to the incredibly rude and inhospitable receptionist--but made it safely. She told us we needed to reschedule because of their policy. I absolutely support such a policy but not when it's snowing outside. Plus, there was no welcome or any sort of friendliness at all when we entered. I said that I was not going to reschedule if this is how they treat their customers and patients; as we left to go back into the snow, a woman who was waiting said: "Some of us were 20 minutes EARLY." Yes, she really did. Yea, well some of us just drove in a snow storm to get here after getting three kids bundled and ready. Some of us are single mothers just trying to get our children care. Is this really what our community is these days? We can do better than this. Shame on you, My Eye Dr.

Amanda was incredibly helpful and patient when assisting me with ordering my contacts. She made the process easy, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was correct. Great customer service and a smooth experience overall.

Dr. Toyzer was amazing, he's the friendliest optometrist I've had in years. Right to the point, funny, and very understanding and kind. I highly recommend this office, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

Let me tell you, I did not think I would love going to the Eye Doctors office...until I came to MyEyeDr in West Chester. The ladies up front - Betsy, Marilyn, and Amanda were energetic and very welcoming (as this was my first time at their office.) After meeting with Emily & Dr. Ries, both took fantastic care of me & educated me on what to look out for as well as my results, I learned I needed a pair of glasses. My first time wearing glasses - I didn't even know what to pick? Fear not, the folks up front did a spectacular job at assisting me make my decision. They were upfront about how they looked on my face, and really narrowed down my selection. We even cracked some jokes and had a great time making my final selection. Billing was seamless and Marilyn walked me through the process with great care, what my insurance covers, I cover, etc. Overall - this is the BEST office to go to for any eye care needs. I would recommend anyone...first time eye checks or a frequent flyer of eye doctors offices...to visit this location. 100/10! I can't wait to pick up my new frames. Thanks MyEyeDr Team!

The eyeDr office at this location in west chester is really good The doctor really took all the time to address patients concerns and questions. The staff here was also very helpful. Especially Amanda Weer was very helpful on tha day
