Had a piece of metal in eye for 2 days. I called precision eye care at 9:30 AM and they made an appointment for me at 11:30 AM and by noon time the metal and the rusted tissue around it is out. I guess any place could do that but not any place has the kindness and friendliness of the staff. That's why this is and always will be my eye doctor

Everyone in the office is very nice and knowledgeable. I overheard someone in the waiting room before my appointment saying that Dr. Zeitlin is the best eye doctor she had ever seen, and I agree. It's nice they have a machine to look at your retina so that you don't have to get your eyes dilated.

I absolutely loved going to see Dr Zeitlin! She was so thorough and diagnosed me with issues that my other eye doctor had missed... She was knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable! The office staff was amazing as well. Super friendly, took their time, and very helpful with choosing frames. Highly recommend! I'm so glad I took the chance and switched :)

I've never had a more incredible experience at an optometrist than I did with Precision Eye Care in West Chester. From the moment I walked in, the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Dr. Z went above and beyond to make me feel cared for, showing genuine compassion and respect throughout the entire visit. I can't recommend Dr. Z and the team at Precision Eye Care highly enough!

Exceptional doctors and professional staff who are also kind and attentive. The eyeglasses were also quite reasonably priced. My eye doctor recently joined Precision Eye Care and she is absolutely the best doctor we've ever had (Shana Zeitlin) so we were happy to follow her to her new practice location. My husband and I both had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend them. We used the West Chester location.

Received the glasses with a new prescription and the frames I chose. Wearing them at work I found the were slipping down my nose. Put some ear grippers on them and found it uncomfortable. Called the shop. Whenever I speak to the guys at Precision Eyeware they are top notch polite professionals. I was told to come in and explore options. The "options" were great and I am now a completely satisfied and happy customer. I will recommend and return to this shop for my vision needs from this time on. A+ service and atmosphere. Good service matters. You won't be disappointed unless you have issues.

The doctors are very good in service and also the Mike and Andrew do a great job with the selection of glasses and on time service.
