If I could give less stars I would. Please spare your time go to an eye doctor that will actually do their job. I only went with this doctor because I was postpartum and he was close. I was made to come to multiple appointments with a newborn even though they should have done both eyeglasses tests together like all the other eye doctors. Instead they made multiple appointments so that they could bill me per appointment. I was talked down to by Dr.chun. when I asked him what the next steps would be in terms of finding out why I had double vision he said "dont worry about it and well see when we get there" like I wouldn't understand the next steps and was just along for the ride. I was not told the prices of any tests or that they would not be covered by my insurance. The staff there was very sweet but was also talked down to by dr.chun. This man takes advantage of people. Save your time and wallet and go somewhere else. After multiple appointments and tests nothing was found and a script for glasses was written that I never picked up bc I still couldn't see and he said that it was "better than nothing". Just a disgrace. When i asked if when reading the test chart i should only state what i could clearly see or if he wanted me to guess he said to guess and then when i said but its still doubled he snarkly said "i dont care just read it."Still receiving payment requests in the mail for nothing...absolutely aweful

Have been coming here for a long time. The doctor and his staff are great. I've had both cataracts done by Dr. Chun with no problems. It seems like everyone specializes in something different whether it be checking your vision, or checking for glaucoma. I'd never go any place else.

I went to this eye doctor to get my eyes tested. The doctor said I was a " Glaucoma suspect". I go back for my second visit. The woman who took me back was new (told me she started 2 weeks prior) and told me that the ophthalmologist tells everyone that because of insurance purposes. They were supposed to do the testing for glaucoma and none of their machines were working, they tried 3 times to get it to work. Ever since I went there, my eyes have watered constantly. Not sure what they put in my eyes or what they did. But it is terrible. I will NEVER go back to this place.

I'm pretty young for cataracts, mid 40s. So I was scared but Dr. Chun and all his staff couldn't be nicer. The whole experience has been really easy and pain free. They're a great team.

Had Cataract surgery through Dr Chun. He is wonderful. Everything went perfectly. His staff is also very knowledgeable and kind. Never a long wait for the office visits either.

Dr Chun removed a Cataract from my Mom yesterday and the process was fantastic she is doing great. So glad she had it done. Can't wait to get the other eye done.

I had CORRECTIVE surgery Feb 2014 for a ptsois scar, that I was told would be corrected, which was not corrected! Kerry, Dr Chun's office mgr., scheduled me for another correction procedure to alleviate the scar. She scheduled me for August 2014 in Dr Chun's office in South Side. I arrived on time and was told the "lazer machine" was not functioning and make another appointment. It has been 9 months and the "lazer'malfunction" has still not been repaired contrary to Kerry's promise to keep me informed. I went to his new office in Shadyside this April and still been given the excuse "it's not been repaired! I am a walking advertisement for Dr. Chun's work with a promenent scar on my left temple!!

Just had second eye done. Dr. Chun is great. I would recommend him highly. My whole experience was so good
