I had such a wonderful experience at my eye exam today! The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and honestly reminded me of Ms. Valerie Frizzle from The Magic School Bus in the best way possible. She made the exam feel comfortable, fun, and easy to understand, and she answered all of my questions with so much care. Miss Jade was also amazing and helped me choose my glasses. She was so sweet, patient, and made sure I got a great price, which I truly appreciated. Everyone there was welcoming, kind, and never made me feel rushed while I was deciding on frames. Overall, such a positive and stress free experience. I'm so grateful for how kind and helpful the whole team was. Highly recommend!

Had my annual eye exam at Myeyedr in White Oak. Jade waited on me and she was awesome! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Jade!

Appointment was smooth and quick. Everything was explained to me along the way. Jade was great in helping me pick the frames that'll fit me the best. Good experience.

We had a terrible experience with the optometrist here. We had an appointment last Tuesday. As soon as i arrived I mentioned that I had suffered a stroke 6 months ago a serious Stroke. Now I am with the Optometrist i mentioned 4 times that I had a Stroke she could not care less with no acknowledgement to my previous situation she kept repeating her practiced script. As a Doctor she should have shown some concern about my Stroke or even out of curiosity pretended she gives a damn about her patients. Because of her lack of interest i ended up at Forbes ER with a major Migraine triggered by the flashing lights during the eye exam, according to the ER doctor, doctor Parva.My husband saw her and I mentioned that he has a lot of itching on his elelids and on the corner of his eyes. Now a week later and his itching is the same or worse. We will never ever go back to that place when you see someone like a "doctor" she is supposed to show some empathy curiosity caring for her patients all she care was to finished her memorized script.

All of the staff here was AMAZING! Jade in particular was not only helpful but the SWEETEST person. She worked with my budget and got me exactly what I needed. Thank you all so so much and God bless you.

My son and I visited MyEyeDr in White Oak last weekend, and the experience was genuinely refreshing. The moment we walked in, the energy felt positive and welcoming--something I haven't experienced in a long time. Everything was organized, smooth, and stress-free. The doctor was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all my concerns thoroughly. The staff were kind, professional, and seemed genuinely happy to be there--and that kind of vibe is contagious. I ended up ordering glasses, and while they can be an investment, the process was easy and transparent. I felt confident and comfortable with my choice. Highly recommend this office if you're looking for excellent care with a human touch.
