The first thing you notice when you walk in is a greeter who's so helpful and upbeat, you'd think they've had a double shot of positivity for breakfast. Little did I know, my life was missing Nemo--until I found Nemo! He's basically the treasure at the end of your customer service rainbow, and truly a star player for your company.
Next up: the glasses selection. It was so good, I didn't just browse--I found exactly what I needed and placed my order faster than you can say "frame-tastic."
Let's get philosophical for a moment: if you run a business and have an employee who can't see and can't find Nemo, you might be missing out on creating a legendary customer experience. After all, who wouldn't want to be welcomed by someone who's as easy to spot as a clownfish in a fish tank?
Long story short: I'll definitely be back to this store. If Nemo's around, consider me hooked!

She is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and goes out of her way to help you find not only what you want, but really what you need. Her customer service skills are excellent. My wife and I loved the way the eyeglass display shelves were organized: Female glasses on one wall and male glasses on the opposite wall. Furthermore, the eyeglasses were organized by shape (for example, round, Square, rectangular) and also by price starting from the bottom shelf to the top shelf. That makes it so much easier to try on glasses that your most interested in.

I live about 2 minutes away and thought this would be the easiest route in order for my daughter to try her first set of contacts. We had an appointment mid August, I am still here in mid October with no communication.
I actually went in person a month ago to check and the sales rep said something went wrong on the "manufacturers" end, but how would I have known that if there's no communication? So he re ordered her trial contacts and here I am three weeks later and after trying to call today was just hung up on.
Scheduled with someone else this morning. I just wanted to see what could possibly be the issue. There's no excuse and after reading some of these reviews, I see I'm not the only one.

I had an appointment May 15th for glasses and contacts. Doctor was great and staff was friendly. Received a call in less than two weeks for my glasses. Great. They had to order my samples for my contacts and that was supposed to take about two weeks as well. Here we are now in September and I was never able to receive my samples so that I could get an updated prescription for my contacts. I have called numerous times. I was told once that "they may have shipped to another store". So they ordered them again. I have called twice since then and no one will return my call. They take my name and number to "look into it". I reached out to customer service and they supposedly escalated the issue and and reached out to them but this was last week and still no return phone call. So now I had to make an appointment elsewhere to get an updated rx for contacts since they are holding mine hostage. Do not recommend.

Have used this place for eye exams in past-- not amazing customer service and a bit of a confusing experience but it is convenient and usually fairly quick in and out. I have newer insurance that I wanted to use for a vision appointment recently, however, and- not defending this- I was 9/10 minutes late due to a work call running over, which I immediately apologized for at check in. Having driven there, the clerk told me (in world's least sorry/most apathetic tone) that they wouldn't take me (I would have happily waited, knowing being late it's on me to accept the consequences and maybe wait) but he then said I couldn't get an appointment for several days and was just generally cold and rude to me. I would totally understand had I not immediately apologized for being late/acted entitled, but he could have been far nicer and more accomodating about it. There were a couple people picking up glasses and I didn't want to make a scene about it but it was ...not impressive customer service.
