My wife visited this location with our daughter, and unfortunately they did not receive the level of respect and professionalism expected from the front desk staff. The interaction felt discriminatory and raised concerns of racially biased treatment. I hope the organization reviews this matter and takes appropriate steps to ensure respectful and inclusive service for all people, including Hispanic families.

I had a fantastic experience from the eye exam to choosing my glasses. Alex was especially helpful and kind. She provides professional, warm service and is very knowledgeable. She is a keeper! Kerri/Carrie who conducted my eye exam was patient and explained everything clearly. Great Job!!

The treatment was disrespectful and discriminatory. Unfortunately, our experience was not positive. The front desk staff treated us with indifference and showed little willingness to help, which made us feel uncomfortable as Hispanic clients. I hope the organization reviews this situation and promotes respectful and inclusive treatment for everyone.

I made appointments for both myself and my son. They were back-to-back appointments, one at 4:30 p.m. and one at 4:50 p.m. We arrived 15 minutes early so we could browse the glasses while we waited to be checked in and seen. When we walked in the door, we were greeted and told someone would be right with us. When it got close to 4:30 p.m., I decided to say something as that's when our first appointment was supposed to begin. We were given an attitude, a large sigh, and made to feel like we were an inconvenience. We waited in the waiting area for over 20 minutes. At this point, it was already past our first appointment time, and we still had not been seen. While we were waiting in the waiting area, we heard an employee in the pre-testing room yelling obscenities. He was extremely loud, and you could tell he was frustrated. But that is no excuse for vile language in a doctor's office where there are children present. I asked if we could just cancel our appointments, and we left. No one apologized.

Glasses are glass, you can get them anywhere. Staff is horrible. I asked for the manager, and she came barreling at me so fast I had to put my hand up. The manager did also referred to herself as J-LO... so I guarantee what you imagine her looking like isn't far off. Wouldn't go back obviously. It's a shame, the doctor is really good.

Always a great experience at this location! The dr was excellent, kind and thorough and the staff that walked us through picking out frames, insurance coverage etc were kind, knowledgeable and just so easy to talk to.. I appreciate it!

I've been going to America's Best for years. I love the employees the attention to detail and the service from the doctor of course. When you have an appointment it doesn't take long at all. I, myself, am very indecisive and pick out like 6 frames!! So, the very helpful staff help me with which ones look the best. With insurance I bought a designer pair of Calvin Klein and another pair for 89.99. With everything the total was 400 sometimes but it came down to 115.00!!!! Super cool, right?? Can't beat it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jennifer was so helpful and kind when adjusting my glasses for me. Great customer service. All the gals were working hard in there helping patients and handling the phones.
